It was Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya (TNFJ) which, on the request of the government of Pakistan, defeated Qadianis in the Federal Sharia Court with the help of strong legal arguments and firm reasoning against Qadiani lawyers. TNFJ had the ban lifted from the books of Maktab-e-Jafariya including Nehjul Balagha. Under the leadership of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Mossavi, TNFJ has the honour of laying the foundation of a worldwide protest against the demolition of cemeteries of Jannat ul Baqee and Jannat ul Mualla. TNFJ raised this issue on each and every forum of the world. It is the fruit of these efforts that the issue of Inhedaam e Jannat ul Baqee has been highlighted and protests are conducted every year on 8th of Shawal, in all parts of the world. Due to TNFJ’s efforts, controversial material has been exempted from the academic courses to a great extent. Quaid-e-Millat-e-jafariya successfully confronted the attempts to prove Iran’s Islamic revolution to be a sectarian revolution and took concrete measures to stop propaganda against Ayatullah al Uzma Rooh ullah Khumaini.
It was Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi who, after the collapse of Saddam’s regime in Iraq, raised a voice against the attempts made to abandon Marjaeeat and Markaziat in maktab-e-Tashayyo. After the end of Baath party’s government, Ulemas were being assassinated; even the residence of Ayatullah Seestani was cordoned, Maraaje Arba (4 great scholars) were living in very tough conditions, while the sacredness of Najaf Ashraf was disrespected. During this situation, Shias throughout the world were confused and befuddled however Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya gave a wake up call to the nation while addressing a gathering of thousands of momineen in Islamabad. He shook the world by saying that Marjaeeat and Markaziat is in danger. The statement of Agha Moosavi spread like wildfire; it was published on Shia websites throughout the world. After this statement of Agha Moosavi, voices of protest started rising from different parts of the world, compelling the enemies of Marjaeeat and Markaziat to retreat.
