Special Message of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi

In connection with the Day of Destruction of Jannatul Baqee 8 Shawal 1435 Hijra

Allah says in Quran-e-Kareem:

And their prophet said to them, "Indeed, a sign of his kingship is that the chest will come to you in which is assurance from your Lord and a remnant of what the family of Moses and the family of Aaron had left, carried by the angels. Indeed in that is a sign for you, if you are believers." (Surah Baqarah Ayah 248)

In this Ayah Majeedah, Taboot-e-Sakina (that was related to chest of the time in Old Testament i.e. Torah) has been discussed. All interpreters are unanimous that in that Taboot, Taburrakat of Anbia, Alwah of Torah, Amamah of Hazrat Musa (A.S.), Chaddar, Zarah, Asah, Naelain, and outfit and Amamah of Hazrat Haroon (A.S.) etc. were present. In Tafseer-e-Burhan, it is related from Imam Muhammad Baqar (A.S.) that it was the same Taboot in which Hazrat Musa’s mother had put him in it and handed it over to the river. Ibne Abbas has also related this report. Some reports stated that this Taboot was with Hazrat Adam (A.S.) in which pictures of all Anbia, their residences and homes were there.

The Book of Guidance Quran is clearly stating that in this Taboot of Taburrakat in which there was placed inherited articles of Aal-e-Musa and Haroon, in it there was satisfaction and comfort from Allah and it has been declared as biggest sign and argument for Momineen i.e. these Taburrakat were the source of satisfaction for Bani Israel in difficult moments and mishaps, and these Taburrakat carried immense spiritual effects.

Bani Israeli used to respect this Taboot of Taburrakat the most. Wherever Bani Israel used to go they used to take this Taboot along. They kept this Taboot in the forefront in war and owing to this practice they used to achieve victory. Whenever they were confronted with any difficulty they used to pray by keeping this Taboot in front of them and meet success. Wherever this Taboot remains no one used to sleep by keeping his feet towards it. After some time the Bani Israel gave up respecting this Taboot so much so that children started playing with it out in the open. Till the time they respected the Taboot, the Bani Israel remained respected and successful. When they were involved in committing sins and gave up honouring the signs and remains of their benefactors, they were surrounded by immense difficulties. Their enemies, polytheists overcome them and also took away this holy Taboot after snatching from them. And this way Bani Israel went into disgrace, defame and decline. Ultimately, this Taboot reached them back through Taloot that is discussed in this Ayah Majeedah and the era of prosperity came back for them.

Maulana Ahmed Raza Khan Barelvi interpreting this Ayah says that honouring and respecting the elders’ Taburrakat is obligatory and prays are accepted with their blessings and needs are relieved and desecration of Taburrakat is the procedure of ignorant and the source of destruction (Kinz-ul-Iman)

The interpretation of this Ayah in the Quran Majeed published by Ministry of “Islamic Affairs and Dawah and Guidance” of the Sultanate of Saudi Arabia is as given below: “Chest i.e.

Taboot that is from Toob that means consulting because Bani Israel used to consult towards it for Taburruk (Fatah Al-Qadeer). In this Taboot there were Taburrakat of Hazrat Musa (A.S.) and Hazrat Haroon (A.S.), their enemies had also taken away this Taboot after snatching it from them . . . Allah Almighty also declared this (Taboot) for them a miracle and the source of victory and Sakinat (satisfaction). Sakinat means, special such showering of success from Allah Almighty that he showers on His special persons and owing to it in the bloody war activities where even the bravest persons start shivering, there the hearts of the faithful are empty of fear and terror from the enemy and are ridden with the hope of victory and success.”

Honour and dignity of the Taboot-e-Sakina carrying Taburrakat of Anbia was declared polytheism neither by Quran nor by any interpreting scholar. Quran is declaring the signs related to Anbia as Sha’air Allah. In Surah Hajj, Allah Says:

And whoever honors the symbols of Allah - indeed, it is from the piety of hearts. (Surah Hajj Ayah 32)

Renowned Ahle Sunnat scholar Shaikh Mahmood Hassan Deobandi and Maulana Shabbir Ahmed Usmani state the interpretation of this Ayah as follow: “Respect of Sha’air Allah is not included in polytheism. In a heart in which there is piousness and fear of one Allah his name will definitely respect such things and this respect is not polytheism but absolute from amongst the signs of Oneness.”

In interpretations of all schools of thought the memorials related with most gracious Anbia Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.) and Hazrat Ismail (A.S.) have been declared Sha’air Allah. If the memorials related with Ibrahim (A.S.) and Ismail (A.S.) enjoy such a place and status then how much place and status will be for the memorials related with Sardar-e-Anbia Khair-ul-Bashar Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW)?

Thus it is proved that honouring the signs of Anbia is the source of success for a nation and disrespect is the source of humiliation and disgrace. If the signs related to Musa (A.S.) and Haroon (A.S.) and other Anbia enjoy such dignity then how much dignity and honour will be for the Taburrakat related with Khair-ul-Bashar Sardar-e-Anbia Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW).

The anti-Islam forces knowing that the strength of the Islamic World lies with the signs of their Mashaheer, imposed such powers on the source of satisfaction soil for world Muslims i.e. Hejaz whose first target was to destruct the signs and remains of forefathers of the Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.), and Ummahatul Momineen (R.A.) and then on April 21, 1924 i.e. 8 Shawwal 1344 that destructed holy shrines of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah where the shrines of Ummahatul Momineen Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (R.A.), Hazrat Aisha (R.A.), Hazrat Hafza (R.A.), Khalifa-e-Rashid Hazrat Usman Ghani (R.A.) Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and Aaima Tahireen Nawasa-e-Rasool Imam Hassan (A.S.), Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.), Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S.), Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.), and Rasool’s beloved daughter Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.) and other Mashaheer-e-Islam were situated.

This situation did not stop here rather is continuing with the same continuity and today the situation has reached to the destruction of the place of birth of the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW). Taboot-e-Sakina was respectable and the source of blessing owing to picture of Anbia and their residences and today the residence of Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) has been razed to ground. If this act was not to invite the wrath of God then what? Samri delivered power to speak to his calf by picking up the dust from beneath the Gabriel’s feet at the brink of Neil River. How miraculous that soil would be where Gabriel used to come daily along with ‘Wahi’ but Muslims lost their heritage with their own hands.

Today, Muslims are confronted with so much humiliation and disgrace that any powerful country who so desires tramples them. In this civilized world thousands of Muslims are murdered, TV channel screens are continuously showing the Israeli barbarism in Gaza, Hindu barbarism in Kashmir, massacre of Muslims in village after village in Myanmar but there is no one to give attention to the dilapidated condition of Muslims.

The basic reason of this humiliation and disgrace as Quran itself told is that Muslims desecrated the signs of their Rasool (SAAW) and his Aal (A.S.) and watched them being trampled. It is tragic that ‘Saee’ of one Nabi’s (A.S.) mother and wife is declared Sha’air Allah and a part of Hajj but the place of birth of the superior most Nabi (SAAW) is razed to ground to give way to kings to pass by and all this is being done in the name of religion and Shariat. Alas! The Islamic World is silent. The claims of love with Mustafa (SAAW) pose question marks . . .

That beloved daughter of the Rasool (SAAW), Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.) for whose respect Hakimul Ummat Allama Muhammad Iqbal is seen going in Sajda, even the sign of her shrine has been vanished.

Today, fall of the Islamic World and height of atheist world is trumpeted everywhere but no one is ready to give attention to its reasons. In India, Hindu fanatics had razed to ground centuries old Babri Masjid for achieving the Ram Janam Bhomi (the place of birth of Ram) not caring for 57 Muslim States and the whole international community, Christian world is anxious to save the memorial of St. Paul the supporter of Hazrat Eisa (A.S.), Zionists are ready to excavate Masjid-e-Aqsa in search of Hazrat Suleman’s Haikal while the Muslim nation is continuously razing the signs of its Nabi (SAAW) and his love ones to ground.

The chain of destruction of holy shrine that started from the Hejaz soil has been spread to the whole world now. The shrines of Aulia and Swaleheen are being destructed the world over. In Syria, graves of many Sahaba Kubaar including Hazrat Hajr Bin Adi (R.A.), Hazrat Ammar Yasir (R.A.), and Khwaja Owais Qarni (R.A.) have been dug, attacks are being carried out day in and day out on the shrine of Nawasi-e-Rasool Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali. In Iraq, the Daish terrorists have blown the shrines of Anbia Hazrat Sheesh (A.S.), Hazrat Yousuf (A.S.), Hazrat Danial (A.S.) and Hazrat Birjees (A.S.) with dynamites. The terrorists are declaring their next target as Karbala, Najaf, shrines of Hazrat Abu Hanifa (R.A.), Hazrat Abdul Qadir Jilani (R.A.) as well as the Roza-e-Rasool and Hijr-e-Aswad on which Muslims the world over without any discrimination on the basis of Maslak and Maktab are anxious. Today when holy shrines in Iraq are being destructed, the front of Gaza has also been opened besides it so as to divert the world attention from Iraq which is a heinous conspiracy. That is why the international media was highlighting the aggression over Gaza today but have closed their eyes from the terrorism going on in Iraq where women and children are being slaughtered that provides food for thought to the Ahle Islam.

The trampling of holy places is not only the issue for the honour of Muslim but also for Ahle Kitaab. Therefore, raising the voice of protest on this greatest oppression is binding on everyone. How come a love of Aal-e-Rasool who remains silent on the desecration of holy shrine of Rasool’s most beloved personality Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.)? How come a Muslim and claimants of love with Sahaba who remained silent on the trampling of holy shrines of all Ummahatul Momineen including that of Ummul Momineen Hazrat Aisha (R.A.)?

Had the whole Islamic World raised voice against the trampling of Jannatul Baqee then the shrines of Aulia, Sahaba and Anbia would not have been destructed in Iraq, Syria, Bahrain, Yemen, Tunis, Libya, and Afghanistan today and in Pakistan Mazar-e-Quaid and Mazar-e-Iqbal would not have been locked. We would like to make it clear that issue of protecting Sha’air Allah is not that of any Maslak, country or religion but that of humanity the one target of which issue is to defame Islam and the other is to deprive them of their heritage. In short, if Muslims desire to regain their lost honour and dignity then they would have to get the signs of Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) and his loved ones restored and get the Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah reconstructed; will have to make the place of birth of the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) and places related with it save and ensure their honour and dignity; will have to seek forgiveness from Zaat-e-Khudawandi on their desecration because only by doing so Muslims can seek the blessings of Allah and then no Jaloot or Taghoot will have the courage to commit aggression against the Islamic World.
