The chain of Imam Hassan Askari’s (PBUH) family is “Hassan Bin Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Ai Bin Musa Bin Jaffar Bin Muhammad Bin Ali Bin Hussain Bin Ali Ibne Abi Talib (PBUT)”. The name of his mother is Hadeesa or Sosin (PBUH) and his title is Askari, Siraj and famous kuniyyat is Abu Muhammad. His Fazail-o-Munaqib are uncountable. Although it is enough for the supremacy of his deeds that he is the father of Qaim Aal-e-Muhammad (PBUH) who is at present in hiding and he is the personality about which the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH & HHP) has praised by terming him Sahib Al-Saif Al-Qaim and Al-Abd Al-Saleh. He is the personality that when he will re-appear, all types of evils including war, conflict, oppression and brutality would be rooted out and the flag of justice and fair-play would be elevated throughout the universe on which the divine books and the traditions of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) stand witness.

The Nikah of Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH) was solemnized with Hazrat Nargis (PBUH) who was the paternal granddaughter of Qaiser-e-Room (the King of Rome) and maternal grand granddaughter of Shama’aon Wasi Hazrat Eisa (he was the vicegerent of the Jesus (PBUH). She was very pious woman and who had the honour of being the mother of Imam of the time (PBUH).

Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH) was leading his life in the stringent and most wild era of the human history. The era of Banu Abbas’ rule was one of the darkest eras of the Islamic history. They were those rulers whose affairs were based on oppression, brutality, injustice, bloodshed of innocent Muslims and disgracing them. They considered murder and arson as an honour. The foundation of the government of these rulers rested upon oppression, brutality, and destruction of the people. They were united on only one thing that how people should be deviated from the pivot of the Islamic values, the pious and honourable family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT). They utilised Islam for their self-interest and rule. The protectors of Sharia took the artificial veil of Islam from their faces.

At the time when he was imprisoned by Abbasid Caliph Motamid Abbasi, the area confronted with long dry spell and famine on which the Caliph Motamid ordered Muslims to go to the desert and offer dua. The Muslims kept on going there for three days but rain did not fall. After Muslims, the Christians brought their clergyman in the desert. When that clergyman used to raise his hands for dua, the clouds come and rained. The same happened on the second day. This incident created doubts in the hearts and minds of some Muslims about Islam and some of them adopted the religion of Christianity. When Motamid saw this, he sent for Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH) from the prison. Thus when the Holy Imam (PBUH) came to him, Motamid requested the Imam by saying: Oh, the grandson of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), take care of the nation of your grandfather before they deviate from the right path. Imam Askari (PBUH) said that the Christians should be asked to come to the desert tomorrow again. I will not only remove the doubts (rather would tell the world of humanity that how the protectors of Sharia defend the religion and the Sharia). Later, Imam Askari (PBUH) expressed his desire to Motamid that the followers of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) should be released, therefore, Motamid set the followers of Aal-e-Muhammad (PBUH) free. Thus when the clergyman came along with Christians to make supplication for rain and with his dua the cloud came once and it rained. The Imam (PBUH) ordered that the thing the clergyman was holding in his hand should be taken away from him. When seen, it turned out to be a human bone. Imam Askari (PBUH) asked him now make supplication for rain. When the clergyman raised his hands, the weather got cleared and the sun came out. The people were surprised. Motamid asked what was the matter, O Abu Muhammad (PBUH)? The Imam (PBUH) said it was remains (bone) of some Prophet of Allah that he got from somewhere. It has the quality that when ever it is brought under the sky, the rain falls. The people tried that themselves and found exactly as the Imam (PBUH) had said. The people’s doubt was cleared and the Imam (PBUH) went back to his Home (Bait Al-Sharaf). (Yanabeeh Al-Muwaddat with reference Sawaeq-e-Moharqa Ibne Hajr Makki)

There is saying of Imam Askari (PBUH) that goes:

If the world and whatever is in the world becomes a loaf and I give it to a faithful scholar, I would fear that I have lapsed in fulfilling his right and on the contrary if I give only a one sip of water from amongst all blessings of the world to any debaucher, lier and ignorant, I would fear that I have adopted lavishness in his case. (Gunahaan-e-Kabeer)

At another place, he stated, “Do not argue with people without any reason, your honour will be at stake and do not make excessive fun that people will be encouraged to talk more with you.”

At another place he said, "two qualities are supreme over all other things. Faith in Allah and benefiting the brother in religion". (Bahar Al-Anwaar)

What are our responsibilities today in the light of what the Muslims are undergoing, as it has been stated:

Alas! Had the Muslim nation practised the teachings of the pious personalities of Islam then they may have not seen the bad days today. What has been happened in Iraq, Tunis, Egypt, Yemen, Libya is the result of weakness on the part of the Muslim rulers and the blood in Bahrain and Syria is being shed as a result of these weaknesses. The Muslim rulers are following the chief of the atheist world and getting support from them she has given the signal to her stooge to target Iran. In reaction to blast outside the presidential palace in Yemen, Shah Abdullah’s utterance that foreign hand has entered in them. Thanks God, he has realized the situation and he should ponder over that whether stopping that foreign hand is the duty of the Khadim-e-Harmain. Would he stop that hand when it would move towards Masjid-e-Nabavi and Masjid Al-Haram. Devouring one Muslim State after the other is the agenda of the colonial dragon. Divide and rule is her policy.

Pakistan that is the fort of Islam is in its particular target. The drone attacks are continuing despite resolutions adopted by the All Parties Conferences and Assemblies. Adding fuel to the fire America has unveiled her designs by presenting a resolution in favour of the plebiscite in Balochistan. Now the echoes are that the All Parties Conference would be summoned again. The question is that would the resolutions of the All Parties Conference meet the same fate that its earlier resolutions met. On the other hand, suicide attacks, target killings have become the order of the day while terrorism is on its peak. The Kohistan incident has shattered the whole country and has unveiled the government claim. This game is being played to give air to anarchy and differences. How unfortunate it is that atheists are united but the Muslim nation is divided. The Islamic World has been considered so weak that whoever whenever desires blamed them and attacked them. As a nation, is it not our responsibility to give tit-a-tat reply to the accusations being levelled against the Islamic World, Muslim States and Pakistani institutions in particular? Do Muslims have no right to know on which basis the colonial chief was targeting the Islamic World, and particularly interfering in Balochistan while American, Zionist and Indian agencies are working without any hurdles. Our weak policies and the wickedness of the colonial chief have disturbed peace in both the Middle Eastern and the South Asian regions.

Abbottabad operation was carried out in the garb of Osama but Osama Bin Laden could not be produced before the world that proved that it was all a drama. Had there any truth in it, then why they would have to cut out a story of drowning his body in the sea. If the Islamic World has to save its sates and protect the religion and Sharia then they would have to avoid playing in the hands of others and make it obligatory for fulfilling the rights of all and adopt the path of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH & HHP) and his Holy Progeny (PBUT) as in it lay the defeat of enemies of humanity and Sharia and our survival, honour and dignity.
