RAWALPINDI, May 24:
two-day meeting of Tehreek Nifaz Fiqh-e-Jafaria Pakistan,
presided over by Chief of the movement Allama Agha Syed Hussain
Muqaddasi, concluded on Saturday after decisions were made
regarding the upcoming Muharram-ul-Haram and other important
national and organizational matters, along with the approval of
a communiqué on significant global and national issues. The
policy and code of conduct for Azadari during the days of
mourning will be announced by the Chief of the movement, Allama
Agha Syed Hussain Muqaddasi, before Muharram-ul-Haram. According to the central spokesperson of the TNFJ, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, TNFJ Secretary General Allama Raja Basharat Hussain Imami, while addressing the meeting, presented the welcome address and annual overall performance report. He also presented a report on the Zahoor Purnoor, the martyrdom anniversaries of the Fourteen Infallibles, and important national programs on behalf of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafaria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi. He took a pledge from the delegates that the mission would continue under the guidance of the Chief of the TNFJ, Agha Syed Hussain Muqaddasi by following the constitution, objectives, and spiritual leadership of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafaria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi. He said that while adhering to the guiding principles of Rahbar-e-Tashayyu Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafaria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi Aala Allah Maqamah — namely Wilayat-e-Ali, Azadari-e-Hussain, sanctity of Syeds, respect for religious authority and centrality — no sacrifice would be spared for the promotion of true beliefs. While presenting the communiqué of the high-level meeting, he clarified that their mission is the promotion of Wilayat and Azadari along with the attainment of pure religious and national rights. For this purpose, instead of becoming tools of foreign powers, the practical slogan of Ya Ali Madad under self-reliance would remain the guiding principle, and the teachings of Agha-e-Mousavi would continue under all circumstances. Delegates from the provinces and Azad Kashmir participating in the high-level meeting demanded from the authorities that basic constitutional religious rights be ensured and that restrictions and SOPs imposed on the processions and gatherings of Azadari Imam Hussain and Eid Milad-un-Nabi be withdrawn immediately. The participants of the meeting urged the government to convene a meeting for the implementation of the Mousavi-Junejo Agreement of May 21, 1985, so that the unrest prevailing within the Shia school of thought could be addressed. The participants paid tribute to the visionary, courageous, and selfless struggle of the Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafaria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi Aala Allah Maqamah and also acknowledged the services of the Mousavi family and the custodians of Imambargah Jamia-tul-Murtaza after the demise of the leader. On this occasion, the government was strongly urged to ensure implementation of every clause of the National Action Plan, which reflects the Mousavi Peace Formula, for the establishment of peace and to make enemies of humanity an example for others. The participants also paid tribute to the Pakistan Army and brave armed forces, reiterating that the entire nation would stand as a source of strength for the armed forces of Pakistan in defense of the motherland and foil every conspiracy of the enemy.
