Global
peace today rests at the mercy of a single individual, humanity must
seek refuge under the banner of Husayniyat - Hussain Muqadasi
RAWALPINDI, January 26: The Chief of
Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafaria Pakistan, Allama Agha Syed Hussain
Muqaddasi, has said that global peace today rests at the mercy of a
single individual, and that humanity must seek refuge under the
banner of Husayniyat. Whether it is the United Nations or the League
of Nations, all international institutions have remained subservient
to colonial powers. Declaring extremist and terrorist groups as
“jihadi” is an insult to the very concept of jihad. The colonial
ringleaders are not concerned about peace in Gaza; rather, they are
anxious about the project of “Greater Israel.” Pakistan’s diplomatic
successes are not a reward from Trump, but the result of the Haidari
courage of the Pakistan Armed Forces. In a rapidly changing global
landscape, Pakistan and the Muslim world must move forward with
utmost caution.
He was addressing a gathering in Wah Cantt on 4th Sha‘ban, the
auspicious birth anniversary of the standard-bearer of the Husayni
army, Hazrat Abbas ibn Ali ibn Abi Talib, during the ongoing
worldwide celebrations of Hafta-e-Wilayat-e-Muhammad wa Aal-e-Muhammad
being observed from 1st to 7th Sha‘ban. Meanwhile, across the
country, gatherings celebrating the birth anniversaries of Imam
Hussain (AS) and Hazrat Abbas Alamdar (AS) were held, attended by
millions of devotees of Wilayat, who renewed their pledge of
allegiance to Husayniyat.
Addressing the Jashn-e-Anwar-e-Sha‘ban at Masjid Ahl-e-Bait, Gadwal,
Wah Cantt, Allama Hussain Muqaddasi said that the silence of
international institutions over the violation of Venezuela’s
sovereignty is a serious question mark. He remarked that the United
Nations itself was an American handmaiden, and that the formation of
any new board would make no difference. He said that mourning for
Imam Hussain (AS) is our way of life and that no compromise would be
made on it.
The Chief of Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafaria stated that the
previous government interfered with the rituals of mourning, as a
result of which the leader of the Shia community, Agha Syed Hamid
Ali Shah Mousavi, raised the banner of resistance. He said that
those who confront Husayniyat will meet nothing but humiliation, and
urged the Punjab government to rid itself of the policies of the
former government and to stop harassing mourners.
Agha Muqaddasi said that, following the path of Agha Mousavi, they
will continue to raise the word of truth against Yazidism and
dictatorship. To break free from colonialism, Husayniyat must be
promoted. “We have no political agenda; the protection of our
constitutional and religious rights is our sole objective,” he
added.
Allama Hussain Muqaddasi further said that the month of Sha‘ban is a
reminder of the heroes who safeguarded monotheism and Prophethood,
and that the human conscience is indebted to the people of Karbala.
He said that Karbala possesses the power to annihilate every form of
oppression and hypocrisy, and that they will remain steadfast on the
path of Mousavi, never allowing any compromise on religion or
motherland.
Prominent scholars and zakireen from across the country also
addressed the Jashn-e-Anwar-e-Sha‘ban. On the occasion, special
cakes were cut, and prayers were offered for
the success of the Muslim Ummah, the oppressed people of Kashmir and
Palestine, and for the success of Pakistan’s armed forces on every
front. |
