Agha Moosavi stressed upon international organizations to pay attention to the reconstruction and restoration of sacred shrines in Jannat al Baqi and Jannat al Mualla as the secret to the eternal success of the world of humanity lies in it

ISLAMABAD, May 23: In accordance with the annoucncement of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, to commemorate martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S) as Aalami Ashra e Sadiq e Aal e Muhammad (PBUT), members of a rally under the auspices of Mukhtar Organization (MO) raised voice to eliminate terrorism, target killing, conflicts, in and protest against desecration of sacred Islamic sites, demolishment of the shrines of holy Imams including the shrine of Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S), pious companions (R.A) and Umhat ul Momineen (R.A) in Jannat al Baqi, and destruction of the graves and shrines of Prophets (A.S), Sahaba and other heroes of Islam in Iraq by the terrorists and attacks on the shrines of Auliya e Karam (Islamic saints) in Pakistan. Rally was led by renowned religious scholars, central and district level members of Mukhtar Organization, Matami leaders and besides other religious dignitaries. Complete solidarity with the courageous armed forces of Pakistan was also expressed on the occasion. Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi’s special message to the participants of the Mukhtar Organization’s rally brought out from National Press Club Islamabad was presented by Mukhtar Organization’s additional Secretary General Malik Jawad Awan in which Agha Moosavi stressed upon international organizations to pay attention to the reconstruction and restoration of sacred shrines in Jannat al Baqi and Jannat al Mualla as the secret to the eternal success of the world of humanity lies in it. He said that the world can see that international conscious not only failed to stop disrespect and destruction of Islamic holy shrines including that of Jannat al Baqi and Jannat al Mualla but the international powers openly supported religious extremists to achieve their personal objectives. Their support subsequently led to the destruction of sites belonging to other religions also however, most of the damage was caused to Islamic sites which is the reason that only five percent of the Islamic signs are left as others have been eradicated on the basis of religious differences under the false allegation of Shirk. The sacred sites of Muslims were razed not only in Middle East but the destruction was also observed in other countries including Pakistan, Yemen, Afghanistan, Mali, Nigeria, Libya, Egypt. He said that the righteous Imam and the protector of religion and Shariah, Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S) is that great scholar whose educational institution spread the education of not only religion, Shariah, Fiqah, Philosophy but also Mathematics, Chemistry, Medicine and space sciences in such an effective manner that became the proof of Human greatness. If the roots of today’s progress in Science and Technology are traced back, they are found to be connected with the Islamic University of Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S) that produced more than four thousand renowned students during one era. Agha Moosavi said that there was a need to highlight the pious character of Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S) to introduce Muslim Ummah with their unmatchable inheritance of knowledge. Accepting Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq’s educational contributions and services, universities must have been founded on his name and the signs attributed to the holy Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S) must have been preserved however, it is tragic that the government imposed by the British colonialism in the land of Hijaz started eliminating the sacred sites of Islamic history from the destruction of Jannat al Baqi and Jannat al Mualla where the holy shrines of holy Prophet’s Ahl ul Bait (A.S), companions (R.A) and Umhat ul Momineen (R.A) were also destroyed that also included the shrine of Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S).

On this occasion a resolution was passed which said that for the last forty years, Quaid e Millat e Jafaria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has been protesting against desecration and destruction of sites that constitute the common heritage of Muslims and signs of their dignity. The resolution went on to mention that Agha Moosavi has already said that restoration and reconstruction of sacred Islamic shrines in Jannat al Baqi, Jannat al Mualla and other parts of Hijaz is the only way for Muslim Ummah to come out of the severe problems it has been stuck in. The resolution vowed that Shia and Sunnis will always be united against disrespect of holy Shrines as building the memoirs of religious heroes and respecting them is right in accordance with the directives of the holy Quran. Eliminating the signs of Islamic heroes in Jannat al Baqi and Jannat al Mualla was like depriving Muslims from Taboot e Sakina which also deprived Muslims from Caliphate, sovereignty, respect, and leadership. Similarly, Palestine was stabbed with Zionism and the door of disrespecting holy Prophet (PBUH&HP), Ahl ul Bait (A.S), Sahaba e Karam (R.A) and Umhat ul Momineen (R.A) was opened. The demolished shrine of Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S) along with other holy shrines are an awakening call for the Islamic world to stop destruction of signs attributed to Islam’s glory and dignity while also restore those that have already been demolished. The resolution also urged the international organizations to play their role in protecting the Islamic heritage which is also the common heritage of the whole mankind while also stress Saudi government to allow reconstruction of the holy Shrines in Jannat al Baqi and Jannat al Mualla. Another resolution strongly condemned blasphemy against the holy Prophet (PBUT&HP) in Netherland, disrespecting of holy Quran in Sweden and declared increasing Islamophobia in western countries as a threat to global peace. The resolution expressed solidarity with the oppressed people of Kashmir, Palestine, Eastern Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Nigeria and Yemen. The resolution also expressed strong condemnation of continued terrorist attacks right from Waziristan, Baluchistan to Peshawar and Karachi and demonstrated solidarity with the armed forces of Pakistan. The resolution condemned the relaxations extended to proscribed organizations as a result of political bargains and demanded indiscriminate implementation of National Action Plan. The resolution further condemned the discriminatory behavior against Pakistani Shia community including implementation of sectarian and biased curriculum, disputed legislation violating the personal law, restrictions on Azadari e Imam Hussain (A.S), and unjust FIRs against Azadars and demanded from the government to ensure equal rights for Shia community in Pakistan. The resolution demanded from the Muslim rulers in particular and Muslims in general to raise voice against destruction and demolishment of holy Shrines of Ahl ul Bait (A.S), Sahaba e Karam i.e. holy Prophet’s pious companions (R.A) in Jannat al Baqi and Jannat al Muallah. On this occasion, the participants of the rally vowed to continue protest on the call of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi unless the sacred shrines of the beloved daughter of Holy Prophet Syeda Fatima Zahra (S.A), holy Prophet’s grandsons Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S), Hazrat Imam Ali Zain ul Abideen (A.S), Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S), and Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S), honorable Umhaat ul Momineen (R.A), and pious Sahaba e Karam (R.A) are reconstructed and their past dignity is restored. Allama Bisharat Hussain Imami and Hassan Kazmi also addressed the participants of the rally. The rally was concluded with Noha recitation and Matamdari and the participants peacefully dispersed after conclusion at D-Chowk. Heavy contingents of Police, Civil administration, volunteers of Mukhtar Force, Mukhtar S.O., Ibrahim Scouts offered administrative duties during the rally. Meanwhile, rallies and programs of Ashra e Sadiq e Aal e Muhammad (PBUT) were also held in Peshawar, Faisalabad, Larkana, Karachi, Jhang, Khairpur, Haiderabad, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Gilgit, Quetta and other cities of Pakistan under the auspices of Mukhtar Organization.
