ISLAMABAD, July 30: Tehreek Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya has announced 14-points Code of Azadari. Intervention or curbs on Azadari will never be accepted. Government must fulfill promises to resolve problems related to Azadari. Pledge to prefer Hussaini mourning in Muharram revived. Like Quaid e Azam, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi will always be the Quaid and Supreme leader. Government must act on Moosavi-Junejo agreement for bringing out of mourning processions. Government must establish Muharram Control Rooms at federal and provincial levels and connect them with TNFJ. Every conscious man is aggrieved on the martyrdom of holy Prophet’s grandson. Commemorating and mourning Imam Hussain (A.S) is the Sunnah of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP). Azadars must be facilitated. Politicians must avoid political tug of war. The respect of Muharram ul Haram must not be violated. Preventive security measures must be taken at sensitive places to protect mourning processions and Majalis e Aza. On completion of 100 years of Jannat al Baqi’s demolition the year 1444 AH will be commemorated as the year of restoration of holy sites. Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya has established Muharram Committee Azadari Cells to facilitate Azadars. The Central Convener of the committee will be Col. (R ) S.H. Kazmi. This was said by the Secretary General of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Syed Shujaat Ali Bukhari in a crowded press conference at Headquarter Maktab e Tashayyo where he was accompanied by other dignitaries of TNFJ.

Shujaat Bukhari said that Muharram ul Haram is coming at a time when Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has passed away leaving the entire Islamic nation aggrieved and sorrowed. Imam Hussain’s (A.S) mourning has always been the foremost priority of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while his statement is imprinted on the hearts where he said that there is no greater tragedy than Karbala and there is none oppressed than Hussain (A.S) therefore, the entire nation will follow this policy. Announcing key points of the Code of Azadari he demanded to ensure foolproof preventive security measures at sensitive places during Majalis and mourning processions, provisioning of light and cleanliness must be ensured. Load shedding must be avoided. No one must be allowed to take law in own hands. Implementation of Anti-terrorism act and National Action Plan must be ensured as per their true spirits so that Pakistan army’s anti-terrorism operation could be successfully completed. Expressing serious reservations on reemergence of proscribed organizations as a result of political bargains, he demanded to clutch proscribed terrorist groups operating under new names. He condemned the practice of booking innocent citizens in Schedule-IV that is actually intended to restrict terrorists and demanded to remove innocent citizens from Schedule-IV. He said that instead of banning and gagging Waezeen and Zakireen in different districts, they must be urged to adhere to the Code of Azadari. Observance of timing must be ensured in Majalis and processions. People must not pay heed to rumors and any possible problems must be resolved in coordination with local administration and TNFJ’s Muharram Committee. Special programs must be arranged to highlight the extraordinary sacrifices of holy Prophet’s (PBUH&HP) grandson Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S) and other martyrs of Karbala rather than confining to the programs of Hamd and Naat. Musical programs and dramas must not be played on electronic media during Ashra e Muharram. Political parties must avoid political activities during Ashra e Muharram and only prefer the commemoration of holy Prophet’s grandson. Women must follow the sacred characters of the honorable ladies of holy Prophet’s family while men must follow the men of Ahl ul Bait (A.S) and pious companions (R.A). All sects and schools of thought must be respected. Due to continuous increase in country’s population, Azadari programs inside new towns and settlements must be facilitated. Shujaat Bukhari said that today Muharram ul Haram’s moon is appearing in circumstances when oppression has become the order of the day. Economies of all countries including Pakistan have been clutched by institutions like IMF and World Bank. Even more tragic is that illegitimate Zionists occupation of Palestine is now finding endorsement from Muslim countries. Modi has removed article-370 while oppressed Kashmiris have been living under siege for the last three years whereas the international organizations are maintaining criminal silence. Oppression has been increasing and the cries of oppressed are hurting every conscious person. In this era of oppression and tyranny, the only refuge for the world of oppressed is Hussainiyat. Special prayers were made for the betterment of nation and motherland at the conclusion of the Press conference.
