As a first step against discrimination against Shia school and violation of rights, 25 Rajab’s nationwide mourning day will proof a slap on the face of tyranny and Yazdiyyat - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, February 11The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that that as a first step against discrimination against Shia school and violation of rights, 25 Rajab’s nationwide mourning day will proof a slap on the face of tyranny and Yazdiyyat. This day is the Youm-e-Shahadat of our Jadd Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.). Imposing laws based on the ideology of a particular sect on the nation is a deviation from the basic ideology and a departure from the National Action Plan. Later, they were forced to protest and disagree. If they are sincere, then why are they sitting in the government committees? Also the banned group in Balochistan are facilitators of terrorism that are obstructing the peace and order of the country and the rights of the people. History has shown that we have never bargained for our rights and demands and will not allow anyone to do so while they fail because of hypocrisy. He said had Pakistan not been an atomic power then the Arab world would have been destroyed till now. He requested the Supreme Court of Pakistan to take notice of the elections held in Gilgit-Baltistan on sectarian basis. The views were expressed by him at the central event of the Youm Tajdeed-e-Ehad observed on the completion of his 38 years of leadership of the TNFJ.

The TNFJ chief said that the banned parties should be expelled from government committees forthwith. Faqr in the Sunnah of the Prophet is our pride. We have always rejected every offer. Those groups that were wooed to support the similar curricular and became the tool in the hand of government so as to get these bills passed have now also joined our protest. If they are sincere then why they are still sitting in the government committees, he added. He said the Muslim World should recognize the leadership of Pakistan, friends of Islam and Pakistan are enemies and enemies of Islam and Pakistan are enemies of Islam and Pakistan. He said he had accepted to head the TNFJ when he was forced to do so in the name of Khatoon-e-Jannat (S.A.). He said he will not tolerate insults against Zakireen, Milad-un-Nabi and others Azadari rites. He said we always thwarted martial law attack through our peaceful struggle and we were instrumental in getting restrictions imposed on the terrorist groups. He demanded not only ban the extremist parties but also ban their activities.

Agha Moosavi said that terrorists do not have any religion or sect which is also recognized by the United Nations. Fear of Pakistan has made the Zionist and colonial powers restless. He said the worst Emir is the one who goes to the door of the rich and the best Emir is the one who goes to the door of the poor. He said sitting on the ground for the honor of the scholars and the nation is our pride. He said our door has never been closed for the whole nation and every oppressed but it is difficult for the people to walk with poor like us. He reiterated that the nation will not allow anyone to bargain on national and religious rights, whether it is like the companions of Hussain (A.S.) or left behind like the companions of Muslims.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that India is fully involved in terrorism in Pakistan which wants to avenge Kashmir from us so that Pakistan forgets Kashmir and stays busy in Balochistan. He made it clear that we stand by our mission and commitment and will continue our practical struggle with dignity and respect while not stepping on the path of oppression. He said that government’s agreement for Shia rights exists in the shape of May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi Agreement and we will never allow any collusion to sabotage our rights come what may.
