ISLAMABAD, December 5: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board Quaid e Millat e Jafaria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the brutal murder of a Sri Lankan manager under the allegation of blasphemy is a violation and sabotage of the holy Prophet’s teachings. The faithful followers and Aashiqan e Risalat of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) must rise against extremism. Apologetic attitude towards proscribed organizations has been a cause of increasing extremism. Such tragedies would not have occurred If the National Action Plan was implemented. Rise in extremism and terrorism is not astonishing in a state where members of proscribed organizations hold appointments in the guiding institutions like the Council of Islamic Ideology and Muttehida Ulama Board. The evils of Bu-Lahab are trying to blow out the Mustafavi candle therefore, one needs to be cautious and careful. Murder of one innocent man is the murder of entire humanity. The practice of using extremist outfits as pressure groups must be abandoned. Had politicians and rulers not stopped compromises for personal gains, no individual, party or institution would be saved from extremists. All sects and parties must unite against defamation of Islam and Pakistan. Addressing to members of Mukhtar Organization led by Professor Samar ul Hassan Naqvi, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the will of Ameer ul Momineen Maula Ali Ibn e Abi Talib (A.S) will always be our guiding principal that goes as “Be the enemy of oppressor and supporter of the oppressed”. No matter what cover is used by the oppressor, we will keep fulfilling the Hussaini obligation of rejecting him. |
