The PM commitment against coronavirus is laudable; there is a need to take notice of the dilapidated condition of the Quarantine Centre in Taftan - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, March 19: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the Prime Minister’s commitment against coronavirus is laudable. There is need to take notice of the dilapidated condition of the Quarantine Centre in Taftan as the ill-management is becoming the cause of spreading this epidemic further. Why restrictions are being imposed on Mazarat and religious events; there is need to confront this virus with strength of faith instead of fearing it. The Prime Minister is talking about not opting for the lockdown; markets, offices and assemblies are open but the Administration is unnecessarily teasing those who are organizing Milads and Majalis. These views were expressed by him while addressing a function in connection with the Youm-e-Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) which was observed throughout the country Wednesday with the spirit of faithfulness. On this occasion Nazr-e-Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (Konday) was arranged at a large scale while people prayed for the supremacy of the Islamic World, Pakistan’s integrity and solidarity, and for an end to coronavirus.

Agha Moosavi said the Harmain Sharifain and holy shrines of Masoomin (A.S.) are the places that provide refuge in difficult situation and in case of disasters and now these places are being closed with their own hands. Patients become healthy and those seeking their desires become successful through the Nazr-o-Niaz of Rasool’s (SAAW) inheritor Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.). He said the scenes of Sunni-Shia brotherhood on the occasion of Youm Imam-e-Sadiq (A.S.) are laudable. Special prayers may be offered for survival from coronavirus, for the oneness and stability of the Islamic World and for the independence of Kashmir and Palestine in Majalis and processions to be held to mark the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.), he added.

The TNFJ chief said that all evils and diseases can be rooted out by making the principles of Representative of Allah as beacon of light. He said Muslim Ummah is confronted with problems and difficulties as a punishment for negating the teachings of Rasool (SAAW), Aal-e-Rasool (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar. The Asaas and values of religion have been ignored in the motherland Pakistan that was created in the name of Islam owing to weak faith, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that as per Quran, Aulia Allah never go through fear and Huzn rather they are above all fears and distribute the wealth of love and brotherhood among people by making the subservience to Allah and service to His creature as their objective. He said we would have to make Haideri (A.S.) strength, Faqr of Abuzar and truthfulness of Salman as our habit instead of seeking refuge here and there so as to get rid of problems and difficulties. He called upon the powers that be to get away with the environment of fear and uncertainty so as to restore law and order and healthy society in the country because a Momin does not fear death rather according to the Farman-e-Masoom (A.S.) death itself defends the human being as it does not approach him prior to the fixed time.

Meanwhile, according to an announcement made by the TNFJ, Majalis-e-Aza will be held at Imambargahs and Taboot processions will be taken out on Thursday Rajab 23 marking the beginning of International Ayyam Babul Hawaij in connection with the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.).
