ISLAMABAD, March 2: The finality of Prophethood is an agreed concept and will not be compromised at any cost. Touching settled matters can result in dangerous consequences. Those responsible for amending the Hajj Forms must be brought to justice. Government must take action against the incidents of disrespecting the heroes of Islam. Instead of begging from proscribed organizations, they must be clutched with iron hands. All points of National Action Plan must be acted upon. India must not forget the lessons of Surprise Day, we wrote the history of patriotism with our blood and will never refrain from the same to protect motherland. Maktab e Tashayyo is deprived of its ideological representation in all government institutions including Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) and Federal Shariah Court. Government must change the practice of politically motivated appointments in religious institutions. Notice of Allama Iqbal Open University’s books and research papers filled with hate speech must be taken. The problems of Shia Auqaf including the shrine of Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A) and Hazrat Sakhi Mehmood Badshah in Islamabad, shrine of Anwar Shah Sed Mian in Aurakzai and Kotli Imam Hussain (A.S) in Dera Ismail Khan must be resolved. Rights of Matktab e Tashayyo must be fulfilled in accordance with the Moosavi-Junejo agreement of 21^st May 1985. We do not intend to touch other’s religious ideologies and will never leave the religious ideologies of our own. Struggle for the defense of Pakistan, Shia-Sunni unity, protection of rightful ideologies and fundamental rights will continue under the leadership of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. This was communicated in the declaration of Ajr e Risalah Azadari convention held under the auspices of Syed Fiaz Hussain Shah Kazmi at Qasr e Imam Musa Kazim (A.S) I-10, Islamabad. Senior Shia scholars, caretakers of Majalis e Aza and leaders of Matami organizations were also present on this occasion. The declaration was passed by thousands of Azadars who came to attend the convention from all parts of the country.

While presenting the declaration, Allama Bisharat Hussain Imami said that the huge gathering at the Ajr e Risalah convention is an evidence of our association with the mission of Muhammad and Aal e Muhammad (PBUT). In a time when the world is trying to avoid gatherings, we are holding the same to let the world know that the only source of protection against all kinds of calamities lies in associating with the family of Muhammad o Aal e Muhammad (PBUT). Therefore, the world of humanity must associate with the holy Prophet and his pious progeny (PBUT). He lamented that the Shia community is deprived of its rights that the founders of Pakistan had promised to all citizens of Pakistan. From the Council of Islamic Ideology to the Federal Shariah court, Matkab e Tashayyo is deprived of its true representation. The historic signs of Sultan ul Fuqraa Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A) were concealed to hide the true identity of the founder of Islamabad. The shrine of Hazrat Sakhi Mehmood Badshah is still locked while the illegal occupants of Auqaf’s land who are responsible for unrest are being begged. We demand from the government that the problems of Shia Auqaf including the shrine of Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A) and Hazrat Sakhi Mehmood Badshah in Islamabad, shrine of Anwar Shah Sed Mian in Aurakzai and Kotli Imam Hussain (A.S) in Dera Ismail Khan must be resolved. Allama Bisharat Imami said that disrespecting the sacred personalities of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S), Imam e Zamana Hazrat Imam Mehdi (A.S) and Hazrat Mukhtar Saqafi are a matter of grave concern, government must clutch those involved in sabotaging peace of the society and give them exemplary punishment. The declaration while strongly condemning the riots in Delhi, India stressed that the riots have not only exposed the hypocrisy of the so-called champions of global peace but also endorsed the righteousness of the Two-Nation Theory. All Pakistanis must respect freedom and not let anyone harm our beloved motherland. The declaration stated that Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya is always prepared to prove all Shia concepts and ideologies right from Wudu, Namaz, Qasaas, Diyyat, Azan, Kalma to Khums, Zakat, and from the dignified status of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S) to the right of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A) at each and every forum and the court of justice. We do not intend to touch anyone else’s ideologies but also want to remind the world that we will never abandon our truthful ideologies. The declaration demanded to bring the actual culprits behind the Saneha e Ashura Rawalpindi arrested and interrogated by the Pakistan army to justice and removal of charges against innocent Matami Azadars. Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya demanded from the United Nations and other international organizations to pay attention to the miserable situation in Indian occupied Kashmir and Palestine, get the atrocities against the people of Yemen ended, and provide due rights to the residents of Bahrain and Eastern Saudi Arabia. Special tributes were paid to the sacrifices of Pakistan’s courageous armed forces in anti-terror operations of Zarb e Azab and Raddul Fasaad during the Ajr e Risalat convention besides recognizing and offering tributes to TNFJ’s martyrs of Pakistan Ideology including Muhammad Hussain Shaad, Safdar Naqvi, Ashraf Ali Rizwi, Allama Nasir Abbas Shaheed, and the services of Makhdoom ul Mulk Syed Nazakat Hussain Naqvi and other senior Matami, Azadars while the participants vowed to follow the path of Shuhada e Deen o Watan at any cost.
