On the signals of the colonial powers, Islamic heritage is continuously undergoing destruction for the last one century - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, June 8: Supreme Shia Ulama Board and head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that due to funding supplied on the signals of colonial powers, Islamic heritage is continuously undergoing destruction for the last one century. Rulers must contact Saudi government to stop disrespect to the holy shrines. We wish that religious affairs Minister Noor ul Haq Qadri had demonstrated courage and made a call to Saudi rulers also for the restoration of holy shrines of Ahl e Bait (A.S), Sahaba and Umhaat ul Momineen as he called the Auqaaf Ministre of Syrian government. The clarification of Syrian government has proved that the elements who attacked the shrine of Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz are connected with the criminals involved in demolishing Jannat ul Baqi. Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz is equally respected among Shia and Sunni schools of thought who was poisoned due to his love for Ahl e Bait e Rasool (A.S). Those who tried to use his shrines destruction to fan sectarianism had to face a jaw breaking blow. The steps taken by the Syrian government for the restoration of Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz’s shrine are commendable, Saudis must also take similar steps for the restoration of Jannat ul Baqi and Jannat ul Mualla. Those who are stopping religious programs under the garb of Corona must tell where did the virus go in the hundreds and thousands of people protesting in America? The destructed shrines of Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S) and other sacred personalities of Ahl e Bait e Athar (A.S), Sahaba (R.A) and Umhat ul Momineen (R.A) in Jannat ul Baqi and Jannat ul Mualla are an open challenge to the dignity and honor of Islamic Ummah. Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya has been protesting against this oppression for the last four decades. He said this while addressing to the Azadars on the start of Ashra e Sadiq e Aal e Muhammad (PBUT).

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that after the defeat of Usmani state, the holy shrines of Umhaat ul Momineen (R.A), Sahaba e Kibaar (R.A), and Aal e Rasool (A.S) were targeted and demolished that the entire Muslim Ummah is protesting against however, the rulers over there have become blind and deaf. He said that representing the aspirations and feelings of the people religious affairs minister Noor ul Haq Qadri must also call Saudi rulers as according to the 21st May 1985’s Moosavi-Junejo agreement, the government of Pakistan is committed to exert diplomatic pressure on Saudi government for the restoration and reconstruction of Jannat ul Baqi and Jannat ul Mualla however, the silence of religious affairs minister is a question mark? Muslim rulers have become stooge to the evil troika who always victimize Muslims and use Muslim rulers against their own people. Colonial powers are involved in oppression against Muslims in Iraq, Syria, Libya, Bahrain, Yemen and Rohingya therefore; Muslim rulers must mend their ways as the Corona pandemic is also a result of their evil deeds. The gate of repentance is still open and Almighty Allah is the most merciful therefore, everyone must remember that Allah may forgive in the matters of Haqooq ullah however, Haqooq ul Ibaad will not be forgiven.

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Quran e Natiq Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq kissed martyrdom during the era of Abbasi Caliph Mansoor Dawanqi when the conflicts and evil was on the rise. Respect of relations had lost, while the rulers were ruling through tyranny and dictatorship. Followers of Muhammad o Aal e Muhammad were leading miserable lives, disrespecting the family of Ali (A.S) and other pious personalities had become the order of the day. Amongst those worst times, the period of Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz was a bit better who changed the miserable situation however, he was also poisoned. He said that Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S) bore all kinds of hardships and thwarted evil designs through patience and forbearance as for any revolution to succeed the ideological readiness is considered mandatory as otherwise no revolution can find reliable strength. To serve the purpose, Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S) became engaged to lay foundation of the revolution through teaching and training students and scholars which also included personalities like Imam Abu Haneefa and others. Imam’s presence was unbearable for the tyrants and oppressors as they didn’t want people to pay attention towards Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S). Hence, the rulers expelled him from his native town and martyred him in 148 AH through poisoning. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed to express solidarity with the oppressed people of Kashmir, Palestine, Rohingya and condemn all kinds of oppression through the programs of Ashra e Sadiq e Aal e Muhammad (PBUT).
