The reasons of the fall of Dhaka and the tragedy of APS still exists; patriotic forces should fulfill their responsibilities - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, December 18: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has warned that the causes and factors behind the Fall of Dhaka and APS tragedies are still intact. Patriotic forces should fulfill their responsibilities. These tragedies have brought tears to the eyes of the nation. Prior to 1971, India had set up Indian camps on the East Pakistan border and today there are Indian camps on the western borders of Pakistan inside Afghanistan with an intention to attack Pakistan. Those proscribed organisation that have played the role of facilitators in APS incident like tragedies, have today reached many government committees and institutions. There is height of riots that even the Maslak of the Quaid-i-Azam is being publicly abused in the Quaid’s city. The enemy, after breaking the motherland wanted to break up the defence forces, that's why democracy was rounded up. The Tehreek Nifaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya had thwarted the Zia's martial law’s attack on the Two-Nation Theory. Release of terrorists nabbed by the Pakistan’s Armed Forces from courts due to disinterest of the prosecutors is a matter of concern. Issuing 'clean chits' to proscribed parties and inclusion of patriotic and peaceful citizens in Schedule IV is mockery of the sacrifices rendered by Pakistan Army and the nation. It is also necessary to uproot the black sheep in the administration for corruption. The blood of the innocents of APS attack poses question on the implementation of every clause of the National Action Plan. We will not let the blood of all those including Nasir Abbas Shaheed go waste. We will continue to protect the Nazria-e-Asaasi with Hussaini spirit. Those who want to drown the ideology of Pakistan will continue drown themselves. The Bihari refugees who were sentenced as a punishment to express love with Pakistan should be brought back to Pakistan. He expressed these views while addressing a Majlis-e-Tarheem for the martyrs of religion and motherland.

                Agha Moosavi said that the Indian defeat in the 1965 war could not be tolerated even by the Indian leader Lal Bahadur Shastri. He said to take revenge of this defeat, the Chankia followers formed RAW and started their utmost efforts to crumble Pakistan from within and to make their conspiracy used heavy funds to mislead Bengalis. India set up more than three dozen training camps on the borders of East Pakistan. On the other hand, he said, the rulers of Pakistan did not realize these conspiracies and the region, from which the Pakistan movement originated, was ultimately separated from Pakistan. He said that Modi by beating his chest is admitting that he was one of the volunteers of Mukti Bahini which should open the eyes of the world leaders. He said Modi of Bharatiya Janata Party is still following in the footsteps of Indira Gandhi of Congress who had used to raise the slogan of drowning the ideology of Pakistan in the Bay of Bengal on the Fall of East Pakistan but fell victim to the atrocities on the Sikhs herself.

                The TNFJ chief said the imposition of martial law on the country after the Fall of East Pakistan was a global conspiracy which sought to strike at the Two-Nation Theory internally and declared Pakistan a sectarian state but this bid was thwarted by Tehreek Nifaz Fiqh-i-Jafariya. He said Pakistan was pushed into Afghanistan at the behest of world powers as a result of which the terrorism which started with Kalashnikovs reached to the brutality of suicide bombings and slaughters. No province, city, town or neighborhood, he added, was safe from terrorism till foreign terrorists attacked Pakistan's future, sacrificing more than 150 children of APS Peshawar including teachers, for the survival of Two-Nation Theory. He said the National Action Plan came into being as a result of the solidarity of all patriotic political and religious parties but that historic plan hit by a low-key attitude owing to political expediency and self-interest of some politicians.

                The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi said that the situation created at the time of secession of East Pakistan is even more dangerous today, so the government, all religious and patriotic forces, including the opposition, must show seriousness and wisdom. They should instead of pursuing their personal and party interests, the interests of the nation and the country should be given priority and understanding should be created, he concluded.
