Participation of proscribed organizations in government meetings is a disrespect to the sacrifices of armed forces as well as the people of Pakistan - Hamid Moosavi
ISLAMABAD, April 22: The Patron
in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board Quaid e Millat e Jafariya
Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that participation of
proscribed organizations in government meetings is a disrespect
to the sacrifices of armed forces as well as the people of
Pakistan. Duplicity of the rulers and politicians is violating
the ideology of Iqbal and Quaid. Government’s confused policy
about lockdown has kept the entire nation in confusion.
Government and opposition are still using proscribed groups as
pressure groups. If Pakistan had not been clutched by the
anti-Pakistan forces after Quaid e Azam’s demise, it would not
have disintegrated. To transform political, social, economic,
and educational system in accordance with that of the state of
Medina, the ideologies of Allama Iqbal and Quaid e Azam must be
followed. Special prayers must be made for the development and
strengthening of a country founded during the month of Ramadan.
He said this while addressing to a Majlis e Tarheem on the death
anniversary of the poet of east, Allama Muhammad Iqbal. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Allama Iqbal departed even before Pakistan was founded and tragically Quaid e Azam also did not live for long which enabled forces occupy the power corridors of Pakistan that used to call Pakistan as Paleedistan (impure), while Quaid e Azam as Kafir e Azam (biggest non-believer). After disintegrating Pakistan, the evil forces sabotaged the democracy and indulged Pakistan into Afghanistan which although resulted in disintegration of Soviet Union however, Pakistan was also thrown into the swamp of disasters and Pakistan could not get rid of it despite countless sacrifices. He said that after getting involved in Afghan conflict, the biggest problem of Pakistan appeared as terrorism which left our cities and towns badly wounded and destroyed our socio-economic fabric. Terrorism also destroyed our political and social culture and after the martyrdom of around seventy five thousand countrymen, a stage came when the innocent children of APS Peshawar were brutally massacred which instigated Zarb e Azab and the National Action Plan was formulated that was followed by another operation named Raddul Fasaad by the current army chief General Bajwa however, it is tragic to mention that all the 20 points of the National Action Plan that was founded with the blood of APS Peshawar’s martyrs was never acted upon and more than seventy proscribed organizations are still roaming and operating freely with old and/or new names. Quaid e Azam had mentioned that the purpose of finding an independent land for Muslims was to make lab for the Islamic principles and transform society in accordance with them. If we really want to take Pakistan to the heights of excellence, then we must make the characters of our national heroes as our guiding principles. |
