The proscribed organisations are playing the role of facilitators for all enemies of Pakistan including India - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, January 6: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the proscribed organisations are playing the role of facilitators for all enemies of Pakistan including India. Chief of the Army Staff and Chief Justice of Pakistan should take notice of those who welcome these proscribed organisations. All organisations including the Parliament, Judiciary and Administrations will have to defend the blood rendered by the Pakistan’s Armed Forces, innocent Pakistani citizens and innocent children and will have to get the National Action Plan implemented. Taking the proscribed organisations on visits to the sensitive areas and awarding them with gifts is violation of the National Action Plan. Indian agency RAW is involved in all incidents of target killings and terrorism that took place from Loralai and Peshawar to Karachi. On hand, India desires to wipe out Pakistan by pushing it to instability while trying to divert the international attention from the worst atrocities in the Held Kashmir, on the other. The ruling politicians who are offering Indian friendship and inviting for dialogue should keep in mind that Pakistan’s history is replete with Indian violations of their promises. India has always been a hurdle in way of peace by trampling UNO Resolution of Kashmir and the Sindh-Tass Treaty. The Human Rights Commission of the United Nations is shattering the international conscious to stop India from carrying out massacre of Kashmiris. The international organisations should fulfill their promise of giving of right of self-determination to Kashmiris. These views were expressed by him while addressing the office-bearers of TNFJ Kashmir Council on the occasion of Day of Right of Self-Determination of Kashmiris.

Agha Moosavi said that more than one and a half dozen Resolutions including the one adopted by the United Nations and the Security Council on January 05, 1949 for solution of Kashmir issue provided strong basis for solution of Kashmir issue through right of self-determination. The first prime minister of India, Jawahar Lal Nehru did not fulfill the promise of right to self-determination made with Kashmiris on the United Nations forum and forcibly occupied Kashmir instead of implementing the United Nations Resolutions and gave the Held Kashmir status of a State by amending the Indian constitution which was a blatant violation of international laws. Then, he said, Governor’s rule and Presidential rules were imposed in Kashmir from time to time that is tantamount to a black scare on the face of Indian democracy. He said youth and the old of Kashmir are continuing their struggle by offering heavy sacrifice of men and material to get rid of Indian domination. He said India used every tactic to cease the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination but none of these could shatter their firmness. He said Indian troops are writing the worst history of brutality by using pellet guns while Kashmiris are writing their history of courage and bravery.

The TNFJ chief said that India declares the movement of Kashmiris as terrorism and tries to hide her crimes from the world while Pakistan rulers and politicians do not stop inviting India for talks and friendship the day in and day out. He said India always desired Pakistani withdrawal from supporting Kashmiri people that is why she is after the integrity and brotherhood of Pakistan. He said the English commander of Pakistan Army, Douglas Gracey had refused to send the Pakistan Army to Kashmir violating the orders of the Quaid-i-Azam. Had he not done so, then Kashmiris would have been enjoying the freedom today and there would have to need to present the Kashmir issue in the United Nations.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that since independence to-date India has been busy in conspiracies against Pakistan. The statement of Indira Gandhi after the break-up of Pakistan saying they have sunk the Pakistan’s ideology in the Bay of Bengal is an open proof of Indian Chankiai Hypocrisy. Even Indian Prime Minister Modi feels proud of breaking Pakistan into two. He said the whole world should now that creation of pleasant Pakistan-India relations unless Kashmir issue is resolved in accordance with the desires of the Kashmiris people.
