Certain forces are trying to get Pakistan’s name inserted in the FATF’s blacklist - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, December 9: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that certain forces are trying to get Pakistan’s name inserted in the FATF’s blacklist. Prime Minister and the Chief of Army Staff must take notice of the facilitations extended to the proscribed groups in Balochistan. Removing names of Quetta’s well-known proscribed elements from Schedule-IV list while adding names of innocent people in it is a matter of grave concern. Pakistan’s armed forces and the civilians offered most sacrifices in the fight against terrorism. The blood of nation’s martyrs must not be allowed to go in vain. India following Israeli strategy in her project of settling Hindus in occupied Kashmir is going to cost India dearly. International colonial powers ignore the human rights violations committed by India and Israel due to their economic interests. Chaos in Bahrain, Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria and Libya is caused by the incompetence of the Muslim rulers acting as stooges to the colonial powers. Kashmiris and Palestinians must not hope to get help from any Muslim or international power rather they will have to pick arms in their freedom struggle. To get rid of the incidents of disrespect to the holy Quran and the heroes of Islam, Muslim Ummah must follow the pious character of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S) who thwarted the anti-Islam conspiracies through his knowledge, wisdom and extraordinary courage. He said this while addressing to a program of Alamgeer Youm e Askari (A.S) held in connection with the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S).

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi noted that Indian council general’s statement in New York about following Israeli strategy, the settlement of maximum Hindus in occupied Kashmir depicts the unwise thinking of India as BJP’s extremist government abrogated Article 370 and 35A of the Indian constitution which is being opposed and protested against by all Kashmiris. Lock Down in Kashmir continues for the last four months while the people of Kashmir are facing all kinds of human rights violations. The occupied Kashmir has been transformed into the biggest jail of the world through shutting down Internet, Phone and other communication services.

He said that before the division of subcontinent in 1927, Maharaja Hari Singh imposed the law of residential rights to stop settlements of non-Kashmiris in the valley. After the division, as India unlawfully occupied Kashmir, she included article 370 in Indian constitution which accepted the sovereignty of the state of Kashmir. In 1962, the stooge Prime Minister of the occupied Kashmir Sheikh Abdullah and Indian Prime Minister Nehru agreed to retain the law of residential right in Indian constitution. Later in 1964, 35A was also included in Indian constitution according to which only permanent citizens of the state will be able to avail rights and facilities. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that those dreaming about Hindu settlements in occupied Kashmir must remember that Kashmir is a disputed territory which was taken by Nehru to the United Nations where more than six dozen resolutions were passed in favor of Kashmiris’ right of self-determination while India committed to the world that plebiscite will be held for Kashmiris so that they could decide about their future. He said that if Arab states, Arab League, and OIC had demonstrated courage, they would not have lost Al-Quds, and Golan Heights. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi lamented that Muslim rulers are rewarding Indian leaders with prizes and awards and extending hands of friendships to Israel which proves that Muslim rulers have lost all their dignity and honor. Everyone must remember that Muslim rulers compromising everything for Israel and India will never be forgiven by the history.
