The government should ensure fulfillment of rights of all schools of thought so as to make the country a Madani State  - TNFJ

ISLAMABAD, August 6: The two-day meeting of the Supreme Council of Tehreek Nifaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya presided over by Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded here after taking decisions on important national and organizational matters including regarding oncoming Muharramul Haram and after adopting resolutions on important national and international matters. The policy Code of Azadari will be announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi prior to Muharramul Haram.

According to TNFJ Central Secretary Information Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, the meeting decided to observe the Independence Day as ‘Youm-e-Nemat’. He said Pakistan will never be allowed to become a State of any particular group. A resolution adopted on the occasion  asked the government to ensure fulfillment of rights of all schools of thought so as to make the country a Madani State. The Maktab-e-Tashih may be given ideological representation in all institutions of the Islamic State. Implementation on the National Action Plan may be ensured to root out terrorism. The incidents of terrorism on the eastern-western route of the CPEC provide food for thought. The external aid for religious and lingual parties is more damaging for national peace and oneness than AIDS. Accountability of assets and income/expenditure of religious leaders should be made. The resolution reiterated that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya presents itself first for accountability. Stopping the proscribed organisations from collecting hides is not enough but they should also be stopped from carrying out their activities with new or old names. The terrorism has shattered the peace the world over which is the result of destroying the Khilafat-e-Usmania; new frontiers have been created, geography has been changed and such rulers have been inducted in Muslim States who always play the role of agents for satanic powers.

The resolution said that terrorism began after the World War-I and has reached to its height during these 90 years. Muslim States were targeted one after the other after the drama of 9/11 incident and Pakistan was made a front-line ally. Sometimes the satanic powers declared Mujahideen as terrorists, sometimes labeled them indifferently and ultimately they were declared as terrorists. The most heinous act they carried out is the destruction of shrines of the holy personalities, razed the mazarat of Ahle Bait (A.S.), Ummahatul Momineen (R.A.) and Sahaba Karaam situated in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah. After the 9/11, the elder Bush targeted Iraq while the junior Bush later targeted Afghanistan where their forces are still present while the holy shrines of Al-Askareen Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.), Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.), Khalifat-ur-Rasool Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.), Nawasa-e-Rasool Imam Hussain (A.S.) were targeted while multiple attacks were carried out at the shrine of Fateha-e-Kufa and Shaam Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.). Efforts were also made to raze the shrines of Anbia Karaam, Hazrat Younus and Hazrat Sheesh. Similarly, in Pakistan, shrines of Aulia Allah were targeted and these included Data Darbar, Bibi Pakdaman, Sakhi Laal Shahbaz Qalander, Sehwan Sharif, Abdullah Shah Ghazi, Rehman Baba, Syed Mir Anwar Syed Mian, Bari Shah Latif and other shrines. In 2005 suicide attack was carried out on Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi at the shrine of Sultan Al-Fuqara Hazrat Bari Imam; 14 years have passed to his incident and the events of annual Urs and Azadari have been suspended while guards have been posted at the shrine of Bari Sarkar’s father Sakhi Mahmood Shah Badshah. During the construction of Bari Imam’s shrine all those symbols have been wiped out which were related to Ahle Bait (A.S.) which is tragic and condemnable.

Another resolution terming the recent improvement in Pakistan-America relations fruitful, made it clear on the government that testing the already tested is ignorance and we should not forget the American role during the 1965 and 1971 wars as keep on waiting for the arrival of Seventh Naval Fleet would be a folly. Efforts were made to entangle Muslim States and Pakistan into 9/11 incident and terrorism was promoted; it began from an axe and reached to suicide attacks. Ultimately the National Action Plan was prepared, operations Zarb-e-Azb and Raddul Fasaad were introduced but the international satan continued their demand for ‘Do More’. The ‘wounded bird’ is conspiring how to pull out the defeated troops from Afghanistan with honour, thus Pakistan is once more being uitilised as a front-line State. It is being expected that conditions would improve after the exodus of allied forces from Afghanistan but the situation not improves that new tragedies could be cropped up. America also desires to sabotage Pakistan-China relations and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). In this situation, politicians and rulers will have to exercise wisdom and will have to give priority to the interests of the nation instead of their own interest or the seat of power as we have already lost one half of Pakistan in the past.

In another resolution, the TNFJ Supreme Council called upon the rulers to formulate their foreign policy towards correct direction that may increase the honour and dignity of Pakistan because unfortunately, Pakistan’s foreign had been weak from the day one; India and satanic powers tried to put the blame of different incidents on Pakistan, our perpetual enemy carried out terrorism in Pakistan and had been a part of efforts to get it blacklisted on world fora. The previous government showed weakness on the Kulbhushan issue on which India took this matter to the International Court of Justice; the ICJ should not have hear this case because Kulbhushan had been proved as a terrorist, the decision of International Court of Justice was a mere eye-wash. On the issue of Consular access Pakistan made its offer in advance before any such demand was made by India and such a policy is being formulated which is giving an impression that Pakistan is going all-out to serve India. Massacre of all minorities is going on in India and people are being killed in the name of cow. Modi has continued the massacre of unarmed Kashmiris in Held Valley on which the global organisations will have to take notice thereof. They are going forward in way of Hindutva; the more milk is fed to this python the more it will sting.

According to other decisions made at the TNFJ Supreme Council, ‘Youm-e-Sahabiyyat’ will be observed on 5 Zul Hajj to mark the Wafat of Sahabi-e-Rasool Hazrat Abuzar Ghaffari (R.A.); ‘Youm Baqir Al-Uloom’ will be observed on 7 Zul Hajj in connection with the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S.); ‘Youm Safeer-e-Hussainiyyat’ will be observed on 9 Zul Hajj in connection with the Shahadat of Hazrat Muslim Ibne Aqeel (A.S.) and his sons; ‘Youm Sharikat-ul-Hussain’ will be observed on 16 Zul Hajj to mark the Shahadat of Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.); ‘Hafta-e-Wilayat’ will be observed from 17-24 Zul Hajj; while ‘Ayyam Istaqbal-e-Muharram’ will be observed from 27 to the end of Zul Hajj.

The members of the Supreme Council of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya on this occasion expressed their full confidence in the unblemished leadership of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and reiterated their resolved to support any commandments of his in defence of the religion and the motherland.
