The day of Solidarity with the oppressed Palestinians as the pledge to support Palestine’s freedom movement was revived ISLAMABAD, May 19: In connection with the announcement of the Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the first Friday of the month of Ramadan was observed as Youm e Yakjehti e Palestine i.e. The day of Solidarity with the oppressed Palestinians as the pledge to support Palestine’s freedom movement was revived. On this occasion, protest rallies were organized to condemn Isaraeli aggression, the Juma sermons in the Masajid strongly condemned the bloodshed of innocent Palestinians by the Israeli occupying forces while the shifting of American Embassy from Talaviv to Juresalem was declared as humilating the Islamic world and the international organizations. In his special message on the occasion, Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi expressed serious concerns on the fact that the illegitimate Israeli occupation of the first Qibla and bloodshed of the innocent Palestinians has destroyed the peace of the Middle East that is subsequently impacting the entire world. The message of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi was read by Allama Basharat Hussain Imami in the central protest rally organized by the Tanzeem Shia Aaima Masajid in Federal Capital Islamabad. In his message Agha Moosavi said that the lives of the oppressed people of Palestine, Kashmir, Miyanmar, the Muslims of Rohingya and Yemen, have become miserable and they are being punished for demanding their right of freedom while it is ironic that the international community is only a silent spectator to all this oppression. He questioned that if mere resolutions of condemnation can stop the oppressors? He said that the peace of the Middle East and South Asia has been destroyed since the American President Donal Trump came into power. Israel and India abetted and supported by the chief of colonial powers, have consistently been shedding the blood of Palestinians and Kashmiris. Agha Moosavi noted that Pakistan has been a supporter of freedom movements of Kashmir and Palestine since day one. The purpose of observing the day of solidarity with Palestinians is to protest against America and her stooges and to remind the international community that Pakistanis hate unjust and oppressive actions of America and stand firm in support of their Palestinian and Kashmir brothers. He said that if the chief of colonial powers, the creator of terrorist organizations, and abettor of Zionists and Hindus does not mend her ways, then no one can guarantee peace for the Middle East therefore, the chief of colonial powers must recall her decision to shift American embassy to Juresalme. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Pakistan is being punished for having nuclear power, supporting the oppressed Kashmiris and Palestinians and for acting as the front line state against terrorism. Agha Moosavi said that yesterday’s martyrdom of the hero of Pak army Col. Suhail Abid is a great national loss as he fought agianst the conspiracy of the genocide of Patriotic Hazara tribe. If National Action Plan had been acted upon, the nation would not have seen these bad days. On the occasion of Youm e Yakjehti e Palestine, the protest rally organized in Islamabad to express solidarity with the Palestinians started from Jamea Masjid Qasr e Khadeeja tul Kubra (S.A) Federal Area, was participated by thousands of participants who were raising slogans against Israeli aggression while different resolutions strongly condemned the Zionists’ attrocities abetted by America and the internatinal organizations were stressed to get the issues of Palestine and Kashmir resolved in accordance with the UN resolutions that is the key to establish peace in Middle East and South Asia. Another resolution applauded courageous soldiers of Pakistan’s armed forces for breaking the backbone of terrorism in Pakistan and stressed upon the rulers and politicians to extend full support to Pakistan’s armed forces to make the opreation Raddul fasaad successful and get rid of the menace of terrorism. Meanwhile according to the reports received in TNFJ’s headquarter, protests and rallies to protest against Israeli aggression were held on the call of TNFJ, in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Gilgit Baltistan, Muzaffarabad besides other cities and towns of the country. A rally brought out from Qasr e Abutalib in Rawalpindi was led by Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani, Allama Syed Zahid Abbas Kazmi, Syed Samar ul Hassan Naqvi, Syed Asad Abbas Hamdani and other leaders. Slogans to condemn Isralei aggression, and support the freedom movement of Palestine were raised on the occasion. |
