Afghan President’s offer of peace to Taliban and a request to Pakistan to forget the past and have dialogue poses a question mark - Hamid Moosavi ISLAMABAD, March 3: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Afghan President’s offer to Tehreek e Taliban to have peace and open office in Kabul along with friendly gestures and requests to Pakistan to forget the past and open a new chapter of bilateral relations through dialogue, poses a big question mark. The entire world knows that Pakistan played the role of front-line state fighting against terrorism, sacrificed more than seventy-five thousand lives, lost billions of dollars and facing the brunt was Pakistan’s economy that weakened persistently therefore, It is our challenge that no other country in the world has ever fought against terrorism as vehemently and courageously as Pakistan. It has been clarified repeatedly that there are no safe heavens of terrorists left on Pakistan’s territory as the operation Zarb e Azab as well as Raddul Fasaad completely eradicated any signs of terrorists’ sanctuaries in Pakistan therefore, the international community must acknowledge and recognize Pakistan’s front-line role in countering terrorism. Hazrat Ummulbanin (A.S) was a highly respected and revered lady who represented the essence of courage, valor, strength, faithfulness, and spirit of sacrifice. Without the discussion of her courageous son, regarded as the king of loyalty and faithfulness Hazrat Abul-Fazal-al-Abbas (A.S), the history of Karbala remains incomplete. He said this while addressing to the Majlis e Shahadat e Hazrat Ummulbanin held in connection with the Ayyam-e-Maadar e Abbas e Alamdar (A.S). Agha Moosavi said that since Pakistan’s inception Afghanistan has never been a friendly neighbor. The anti-Pakistan language used by the chief of international colonial powers and her stooges is not hidden from anyone as only a few months back, the Afghan President while addressing to the nation had declared Pakistan and TTP as the hub of terrorism while demanded Pakistan to act against the terrorist groups. He regretted on the fact that Afghanistan always accused Pakistan for every terrorist incident and termed Pakistan as her only enemy. He said that accusing Pakistan for everything is injustice. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Taliban’s claim that they control seventy percent of Afghanistan is correct as despite using their entire military force, the chief of colonial powers and her allies remained unable to defeat Taliban. Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that, one must expect nothing good for Pakistan by the time Indian presence in Afghanistan stays. He further stressed that Pakistan is not the aggressor as Pakistan’s founding ideology is based upon Islam and Islam condemns aggression and prefers peace. He said that if the international powers and Afghanistan really intend to make the region a hub of peace then they must build bilateral confidence and create a friendly environment as otherwise, it will be assumed that the international evil power is supporting the lobbies bent upon sabotaging peace and harmony. |
