The life of the beloved daughter of the |Holy Prophet Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A) is the beacon of light for woman folk

ISLAMABAD, February 1: The central Aza-e-Fatmia Convention was held at Markazi Imambargah Shah Allah Ditta, under the auspices of Chairman Tehreek Tahaffuz Wila-o-Aza and Hurmat-e-Sadaat, Makhdoom Syed Nazakat Hussain Naqvi Al-Bhakri. Addressing the convention all office-bearers and workers of Tehreek Tahaffuz Wila-o-Aza and Hurmat-e-Sadaat, the representative body of All Pakistan Bazm-e-Waizeen and Zakireen and Zakireen, Waizeen, organisers of Majalis and thousands of Azadaran from all over the country expressed their complete confidence in the leadership of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for achieving stability and peace in the motherland, rights of the Maktab-e-Tasheyyo and for promotion of Sunni-Shia brotherhood. They reiterated their resolve on completion of 34 years of the leadership on February 10 saying they fully support the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, will not accept any bargaining nor would do so in future and they are not saleable commodity.

Expressing their all-out support to every line of action of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, they announced not to hesitate in offering any sacrifice for five leading principles including Wila-e-Ali (A.S.), Aza-e-Hussain (A.Z.), respect to Marjaiyyat and Markaziyyat. They said today where Maktab-e-Tasheyyo is confronted with the menace of terrorism, the chain of encroaching upon the rights of Millat was also witnessed. Terming the historic Operation Raddul Fasaad of the Pakistan’s Armed Forces for rooting out terrorism a historic step, and fully supporting it demands that the Operation Raddul Fasaad should be extended to the whole country and every provision of the National Action Plan should be implemented.

In the light of the recommendations presented in meetings with Federal Interior Minister, Minister of State for Interior Affairs, Home Secretary and other authorities by the high level delegation of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, they termed the decision to restore train service between Pakistan and Iran as a good and correct decision because they consider this step as a source of satisfaction for the Zaireen of Iraq, Iran and Syria like the Zaireen of Makkah and Medinah. They demanded immediate implementation on the decision to restore Pakistan-Iran train service.

Strongly condemning some ill-believers and banned groups who accuse Zakireen, Waizeen and Matmi Azadaran of being MI-6 agents and their negative propagation asked the government to examine the financial statements of all religious parties and offered to present themselves first of all for this purpose. Demanding to lodge protest with those countries that provide financial assistance to banned groups and terrorists, they called upon the government to stop foreign aid coming to them. These demands were made in the declaration presented by Spokesman of the Tehreek Tahaffuz Wila-o-Aza and Hurmat-e-Sadaat in the country-wide Aza-e-Fatmia

Convention Zakir Ali Raza Khokhar Advocate (Supreme Court) which was adopted by the thousands of Azadaran, organisers of Majalis, Zakireen and Ulema by raising vociferous slogans.

The declaration expressed concern over banned organisations working with new names and demanded to put restriction on the coverage of those banned elements and their activities who were earlier banned thrice on TV channels. The declaration condemned putting the Ulema, Zakireen, organisers of Majalis and Azadaran on various places in the Schedule-IV termed the step tantamount to giving a clean chit to miscreant elements and sabotaging the Action Plan and demanded from Chief Justice of Pakistan, Army Chief and the Prime Minister to take notice of this situation. The declaration also expressed concern over use of all institutions set up for Islamisation including the Council of Islamic Ideology for political bargaining and said that Maktab-e-Tashih has been deprived of ideological representation in all these institutions. Therefore they demanded to give representation to the Maktab-e-Tashih in Federal Shariat Court, Council of Islamic Ideology and Ruet-e-Hilal Committee on equal basis in accordance with the May 21, 1985 agreement. Moreover, the leadership of these institutions should be given to all recognized schools of thought on rotation basis.

The declaration said that on the occasion of Shahadat of Khatoon-i-Jannat Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zehra (S.A.) likes to point out that raising voice for our rights peacefully by following the seerat of Madar-e-Hasnain (S.A.) has been their habit. They said it is crystal clear that Sunni and Shia brethren offered sacrifices for the creation of Pakistan on the basis of equality but unfortunately Pakistan went into the hands of such forces after the demise of Quaid-i-Azam who had spent nothing in creation of Pakistan and now those persons are posing themselves as the owners of Pakistan and Maktab-e-Tashih is deprived of their religious rights owing to such elements.

The declaration said that situation in the country had become grave after the 1977 martial law and when Ziaul Haq announced to convert the motherland into a sectarian state on 12 Rabiul Awwal in 1979, the first voice against this announcement was raised from the Markaz-e-Tashih Ali Masjid that Pakistan will not be allowed to become a Maslaki state because doing so would be tantamount to damaging the ideological Asaas of the country. Therefore Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya was formed in reaction to one-sided announcement of Gen. Zia. The TNFJ by overtaking the Secretariat on 6 July got their demand accepted by the rulers that Maktab-e-Tashih will be taken care of while making legislation. Later, Zia’s martial law attacking the Millat-e-Jafariya again tried to block Azadari and Eid-e-Milad processions. In response, Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya started agitation from Hussaini Mohaz and presented 14,000 arrests which culminated at May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement under which restrictions on Azadari were lifted but the dream of representation of the Maktab-e-Tashih in State institutions and equal rights for the Millat-e-Jafariya remained untrue.

The declaration made it clear that Ahl-e-Tashih gave blood for Pakistan along with Ahl-e-Tusannun. It said that we desire to lead our life in Pakistan according to our own beliefs being first class citizens. It said that Kalma-e-Tauheed has been considered the basis of motherland Pakistan therefore, the survival of mankind lays in Wilayat-e-Ali on which a strong foundation of Islam can be built.

Allama Agha Ali Hussain Najafi Bhakkar, Allama Hafiz Tasadduq Hussain Lahore, Zakir Ilyas Raza Rizvi Dera Ghazi Khan, Zakir Shafqat Abbas Chandna, Makhdoom Zafar Abbas Naqvi and many others also addressed the convention.
