The appointment of Gen (Retd) Raheel Sharif as head of 39-State Army would further create anarchy in the Islamic World - Hamid Moosavi ISLAMABAD, March 28: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the satanic forces desire to damage Muslim States by further distributing them into Maslaki and ethnic blocks, therefore, Pakistan should not become a part of that conspiracy. The appointment of Gen (Retd) Raheel Sharif as head of 39-State Army would further create anarchy in the Islamic World, had the former Army Chief headed the Army Alliance of the OIC then it would have been a source of our pride. An Armed alliance of the OIC should be developed that would wipe out terrorists from the whole Islamic World and save Muslim States from the enemy aggression. Instead of jumping into the fire ignited in the Middle East to safeguard the Israeli interests the Islamic World should be saved. The protection of Harmain Sharifain’s dignity is not binding only on Pakistan Army but on every Muslim and Pakistani. The biggest threat to Harmain Sharifain, and holy shrines of Ummahatul Momineen, pious Sahaba Kubaar, Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) Aulia Karaam is from the ideology foundation of which was laid on the destruction of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah and it was brought up with dollars and Rials. These views were expressed by him while addressing the elite of the Mukhtar Force volunteers. Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Senior Vice-President of TNFJ was also present on the occasion. Agha Moosavi said the government should tell whether Pakistan is the part of that military alliance that is going to be headed by former Army Chief. If it is so then it would be tantamount to befooling the people and an insult to the decision of the Parliament because the Parliament had rejected inclusion of Pakistan in this alliance. He said inclusion in this 39-State alliance is tantamount to invite the enmity of remaining 20 Muslim States that are out of this alliance. He said an alliance formed in connection with war in Yemen or to safeguard Saudi interests cannot be termed an Islamic alliance. He said if an attack is carried out on Saudi Arabia then their help can be considered but at present Saudi Arabia itself is continuing military intervention on Yemen, Bahrain and Syria. Can those Muslim States that are interfering in other States would allow interference of other States in their own country? The TNFJ has asked the government to remove the ambiguity and tell under which law the former Army Chief has been allowed to serve the Saudi military alliance. Moreover, clarification about deployment of Pakistan Army at the southern frontiers of Saudi Arabia may be given. If any agreement was made with Saudi Arabia in the era of military dictator then it should be brought forward as the nation has already suffered a lot owing to the seeds sown by the military dictator. He asked whether the agreement made with Saudi Arabia was one-sided. Why Saudi Arabia did not keep in mind this agreement, if any, when conferring the biggest Saudi Award to Pakistan’s number one enemy i.e. India? The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the massacre of Muslims in the Middle East and the game of discrimination is being played to promote the Israeli supremacy. He called upon the Islamic World to play their role in saving the Islamic World from this heinous game. |
