ISLAMABAD, January 19:  The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Chief of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the military courts were established in accordance with the Point-2 of National Action Plan that was developed with the consensus of all parties when the Judicial system had failed to provide justice in the cases against terrorists. Meetings are being conducted one after the other to decide about the future of military courts and rulers and politicians have been trying to protect their personal interests only. Everyone must remember that not extending the military courts’ tenure would be equal to sabotaging the National Action Plan and strengthening the banned outfits that will eventually benefit our eternal enemy. He said this while addressing to a training workshop of TNFJ’s organization department. Agha Moosavi said that our eternal enemy India has been trying to isolate Pakistan and get it declared as a terrorist state through her aggressive foreign policy because operations on CPEC has left her worried and disturbed despite the fact that the CPEC project is not against any country rather every state can get involved in it for her benefit. He said that as India has been our eternal enemy therefore, she does not like the development and strengthening of Pakistan while the chief of colonial powers has also selected India as a defense partner. Similarly, European states have opened the doors of their defense technologies for India to purchase and build her arsenal. He said that on the occasion of BRICS summit, India tried her best to get Pakistan declared as a terrorist state however; her plans were thwarted by Russia and China. Later, India tried to defame Pakistan through Afghanistan on the forum of the Heart of Asia conference but she failed again and faced embarrassment in the United Nations. Agha Moosavi said that whatever the newly elected President Trump said during his election campaign, indicates that he will prefer India even more than Obama. Agha Moosavi said that incrementing Indian activities on LOC is because of the new Indian army chief’s threat for surgical strike which claimed that India can also fight against China at the same time however; Pakistan’s army chief Qamar Javed Bajwa gave a befitting response. He said that Indian aggression is aimed at diverting attention away from Indian atrocities in the occupied Kashmir as the Kashmiri freedom lovers are causing much trouble to India despite deployment of a huge army comprising of eight hundred thousand armed personnel. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi stated that India has been using Afghan soil to launch terrorist attacks against Pakistan which has also been confessed by the Indian spies caught red handed. Pakistan has taken the evidences and proofs of Indian intervention to the United Nations which has troubled India even further. He said that it is important to note that the Police training school was targeted right after the statement of Indian defense minister while India is trying to sabotage IWT. In short, India is trying her best to inflict harm on Pakistan while, our rulers and politicians are engaged in defaming and humiliating each other. They will have to get united against India and make sincere efforts to thwart her conspiracies against Pakistan.
