American President Trump’s ban on entry
of people belonging to seven Muslim states and threatening to
extend this ban to other countries including Pakistan along with
other humiliating advices is a challenge to our sovereignty -
Hamid Moosavi ISLAMABAD, January 2: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya has said that American President Trump’s ban on entry of people belonging to seven Muslim states and threatening to extend this ban to other countries including Pakistan along with other humiliating advices is a challenge to our sovereignty. America is threatening Pakistan and the Arabs to satisfy India and Israel which is disrespecting for the whole Islamic world however, Muslim Ummah is maintaining complete silence. Muslim rulers must demonstrate honor and dignity, call an emergency meeting of the OIC and condemn Trump’s anti-Islamic decisions. If a Muslim army of 313 men can fight against a huge army of non-believers, then billions of Muslims across the world also reserve the right to defend themselves without being aggressive. Announcement of Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa to kill terrorists wherever found represents the stance of the whole nation as humiliating advices will keep coming unless the eradication of terrorists. He said this while addressing to a delegation of dignitaries from Islamabad led by Syed Zameer Hussain Kazmi. Agha Moosavi said that disputes of Kashmir and Palestine in South Asia and Middle east are the hurdle in the way of peace which are left unresolved for the last seventy years due to dual and hypocrite policies of United Nations. He said that Muslim rulers are also a cause of the unresolved Kashmir and Palestine disputes as they are only focused upon serving and protecting their personal interests which strengthens the international evil powers. Agha Moosavi said that Palestine is the jugular vein of Arabs while Kashmir is of Pakistan. He regretted on the fact that despite the fact that dozens of resolutions were passed the security council of United Nations in favor of plebiscite in Kashmir however, none was acted upon. More than 8 hundred thousand Indian military is killing innocent Kashmiris and defaming them as terrorists. Hindus and Jews are involved in state terrorism in Palestine and Kashmir and therefore, the freedom movements in Kashmir and Palestine can never be called as terrorists. He stressed that the regions of South Asia and Middle-east will remain destabilized without resolution of Kashmir and Palestine issues therefore, it is mandatory for United Nations and other human rights organizations to act against human rights violations in the occupied Kashmir and Palestine. Similarly, political prisoners must be released, steps for selling properties of Kashmiris to non-Kashmiris, and construction of illegal settlements for x-army men and Pandits in occupied Kashmir must be stopped. Building new settlements which has already started by Israel since Trump came in power must be stopped as it is the violation of UN resolutions and strongly condemnable. |
