Only solution to the country’s problems is that politicians and rulers respect the constitution instead of making it subservient to them - Hamid Moosavi

Agha Moosavi said the nation was still undergoing the punishment of Liaquat Ali Khan choosing to visit America instead of Russia as the American friendship has given nothing to Pakistan except wounds. He said Ziaul Haq wanted to sabotage the Two-Nation Theory and Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya came into being to protect the Nazria-e-Asaasi. He said they shall not allow Pakistan to become a sectarian or sectional state till they are alive. Provinces, Makatab and Masalak may be given their legal rights for the solidarity of Pakistan as these rights were guaranteed in the Pakistan ideology, he added. He strongly condemned the firing incident at Kotli Imam Hussain in Dera Ismail Khan and demanded to take severe action against the murderers of the martyred personnel. He also demanded to stop the activities of the banned parties and said that all sacrifices of the Pakistan’s Armed Forces would go waste if the National Action Plan was not implemented in its letter and spirit. Distribution of foreign money to religious parties may be stopped so as to end the riot, he added.

The TNFJ chief said that Hussainiyyat is the name of defence and survival of the Kalma-e-Tauheed and the Quaid-i-Azam achieved a separate motherland for Muslims in the name of Kalma-e-Tauheed. There is need to adopt the Hussaini (A.S.) path for the protection and solidarity of the motherland. He advised the politicians and leaders not to sacrifice the country’s dignity for their personal and party interests. He said the motherland lacked solidarity after the Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah for one reason or the other. He said Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shah Faisal were punished for dreaming the unity of the Islamic World while Yassir Arafat and Moammar Qaddafi were also punished for the same cause because the satanic powers consider unity of the Islamic World a fatal threat for them. He said Indira Gandhi had raised the slogan of sinking the Pakistan ideology into Bay of Bengal by breaking Pakistan because our perpetual enemy is afraid of Pakistan’s ideology that unites all Masalak, nationalists, communities and provinces.

Agha Moosavi said the unanimous 1973 constitution further strengthened Pakistan’s ideology. He said Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafaria always thwarted conspiracies like restrictions on religious freedom and Shariat Bill through launching peaceful struggle and courting arrest in agitation from the Hussaini Mohaz. He said the objective of sending parties into election on sect, creed, and lingual basis is to spread the poison of anarchy and they were first to raise voice against it. He said the consensus 1973 constitution has further strengthened the Pakistan ideology but continuous amendments have deshaped it. He lamented that banned parties were still operating as a result of anti-terrorism steps could not give the desired results. He said the nation pays salute to the Pakistan’s Armed Forces for their unforgettable sacrifices if more than a dozen operations including Zarb-e-Azab, Raddul Fasaad and Khyber-4.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that Pakistan is a miracle of human history and it was created to remain intact while all those dreams to cause harm to the motherland will shatter. He said they will not hesitate offering sacrifices in future also for the dignity, unity, solidarity, peace and development of the motherland.
