ISLAMABAD, November 9: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has stressed upon the rulers and politicians that they must prefer national sovereignty over all other things and clutch the leaders and members of proscribed organizations, no relaxation must be allowed to any criminal, the case of Panama Leaks is in Supreme Court, rulers and politicians must demonstrate patience and wait for the court’s judgement. He said that this is a test of judiciary which if announced a righteous and just decision, then it will be a historic judgement that will act as a preface of Pakistan’s dignity and respect. Pious character of Babul Hawaaij, Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (A.S) is the death of dictatorship who confronted the oppressors throughout his life and gave lesson of supporting the oppressed that if acted upon can eliminate all kinds of evil forces. He said this while addressing to a Majlis held in connection with the Youm e Noor observed as the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (A.S). On this occasion he also announced to observe Ashra e Aseeran e Karbala from 8th to 17th Safar. Agha Moosavi said that those people who did not have means for their daily livelihood at the time of Pakistan’s creation, how have they become among the richest people of the country? Therefore, it is imperative that the sources of their wealth are checked and investigated. He said that Pakistan has been facing worst kind of terrorism for the last four decades. National Action Plan was formulated and Zarb e Azab Operation started and now the combing operation that has been decided must be extended to the whole country. He said that had the National Action Plan be acted upon, incidents like 8 August Quetta and recent target killings in KPK, and Karachi could have been avoided. Dual polices of the rulers are the biggest hurdles in the way of action on NAP. Agha Moosavi said that the groups declared proscribed by the government are operating freely while innocent citizens are being booked in fourth Schedule which is completely unjustified. He said that our eternal enemy is trying her best to destabilize Pakistan and accuses Pakistan for each and every incident that occurs on Indian territory while our rulers do not even mention about the captures of in-service India spies like Kalbhoshan and members of RAW under diplomatic covers. Agha Moosavi said that in accordance with the holy Quran the judge or judiciary must take decisions in accordance with the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP). Islam has no preference of rich over poor, or the worldly influences of the parties but it only dictates for justice, impartiality and fair play. After the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) his pious heirs fulfilled the demands of justice. The holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) stated that Ali Ibn e Abi Talib (A.S) is the best judge among all of you. Therefore, when Ameer ul Momineen despite being the righteous caliph gave verdict against himself in a case with against a Jewish man, the Jew was so impressed with Hazrat Ali’s Justice that he accepted Islam and recited Kalmah to become a Muslim. Pakistan is the only state of the world whose founding ideology is based upon Islam and its foundations are laid upon justice and fair play however; Pakistanis are still deprived of the justice. Rulers are duty bound to present themselves for accountability. Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya offers itself for all kinds of accountability as before. Hazrat Ali ibn-e-Abi Talib’s famous saying goes “if Ali enters in you area with three things i.e. horse, dress, and a sword while you see him exiting with four, you must understand that Ali (A.S) committed corruption. He said that the justice of Hazrat Ali (A.S) is the best source of guidance for the whole mankind of every era.
