Quaid-i-Azam termed  Pakistan incomplete without Kashmir which is the cause of conflict between Pakistan and India - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, July 21: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the Kashmir issue is the cause of conflict between Pakistan and India like Palestine issue is continuously becoming the cause of conflict between Arabs and Israel. The Quaid-i-Azam had termed  Pakistan incomplete without Kashmir and the jugular vein of Pakistan. In the present critical situation, Kashmiri freedom fighters who are continuing the struggle for independence and are sacrificing their lives deserve salutation. On the recent threat given, on reaching Afghanistan, by American defence minister about siding with India, Pakistan should promote its relations with China, Russia and other countries and stress upon the international organisations to get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of Kashmiris and Palestinians so that Kashmir can become independent and Al-Quds Al-Sharif is recovered and the South Asia and the Middle East can become the hub of peace. The Islamic World is dependent on the west owing to academic degradation. The condition of the Muslim Ummah can be changed through the academic and scientific revolution the foundation of which was laid by Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) through revising the Mustafvi and Murtazvi knowledge. These views were expressed by him while addressing a Majlis-e-Aza here Wednesday on the onset of International Ashra-e-Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad.

Agha Moosavi said the tribal people of Pakistan had achieved the independence of Held Kashmir from India that wanted to occupy whole of the Kashmir but the interference of the United Nations had stopped them in doing so. He said Indian prime minister Nehru had recognised the demand for plebiscite in Kashmir but later he retracted from his stance on which United Nations Resolutions dated 21 April 1947, 13 August 1948, 5 January 1949, 14 March 1950, 30 March 1951, 24 January 1957, and 20 September 1965 stand witness. Later Simla agreement was signed, Lahore Declaration was made on 2 July 1972, Pakistan-India joint press conference was held on 21 February 1994, and Kashmir was declared a conflicting issue on 6 July 2004.

The TNFJ chief said that Kashmir issue is the incomplete agenda of India’s partition. He said the principles set out by Britain at the time of partition were accepted by all, India also accepted those principles in Kashmir but she tore these apart in Hyderabad Deccan and occupied the Help Kashmir. Had she followed these principles then Hyderabad Deccan would have been a part of Pakistan. He said Kashmiris had rejected the accession of Maharaja Kashmir with India and started the Independence Movement that is still going on today and in which a large number of freedom fighters have sacrificed their lives and Indian jails are thronged by the Kashmiri Mujahideen, mass graves are being found, life of Kashmiris is becoming difficult, and more than four dozen Kashmiris have kissed Shahadat after the Shahadat of Commander Ibrahim Wani in firing by Indian forces.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Indian rulers think that Pakistan will not help Kashmiris because they have put the barbed wires on the borders, moreover India has made the Kashmir issue complicated through her negative propaganda. Chief of the international terrorists is also siding with India and tension is being increased on its western and eastern borders to besiege Pakistan and increase pressure on it owing to her friendship with China so that Pakistan may not play its role in the international scenario. He said India is patronizing terrorism in Pakistan to create hurdles in China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, a reality that has been confirmed by the Indian spies caught red-handed in Pakistan.
