ISLAMABAD, July 15: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e  Nafaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the day of Martyrs of Kashmir (Youm-e-Shuhada-e-Kashmir) will observed on Friday 15th July to express solidarity with the freedom lovers of Kashmir and condemn the continued oppression, brutality and killing of innocent Kashmiris by the India army. While addressing to an organizational workshop of Mukhtar Students Organization he expressed gratitude to all schools of thought on participating in the programs of 8 Shawal Youm e Inhedam e Jannat ul Baqi (the day of demolition of Jannat ul Baqi) and demonstrating mutual unity and solidarity in a practical manner. Agha Moosavi said that despite seeing the civilian victims of direct firing by the cruel Indian soldiers, the international organizations and flag bearers of human rights are maintaining a criminal silence however, the freedom movement of Kashmiris is accelerating with every single day. Therefore, in order to pay tribute to the Kashmiri freedom fighters, gatherings and protests will be organized on Friday to remind the whole world that in accordance with the statement of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Kashmir is the jugular vain of Pakistan while Pakistan stands incomplete without it. Agha Moosavi said that in 1931, twenty two young Kashmiri men had built the foundation of the freedom struggle by offering Azans and sacrificing their lives.  When Pakistan came into being, it was decided that areas with Muslim majority will be included in Pakistan however, India deceived Pakistan and occupied a part of Kashmir and Nehru took the Kashmir matter to United Nations where a resolution for holding plebiscite in Kashmir was passed. He said that since then, Kashmiris are offering sacrifices, struggling for their freedom, thousands martyred, more than three dozen innocent Kashmiris killed during the last few days, several wounded and their leadership is detained but the international organizations of the world are quiet. He said that instead of resolving the Kashmir issue, India amended her constitution to make Kashmir an Indian state which shows that India does not want peace with Pakistan and therefore posing a constant threat to the regional peace. Agha Moosavi said that the advocates of global peace must think that instead of supporting Pakistan the frontline state in the war against terrorism, American support and sponsorship for an anti-Pakistan force like India and guarding its nuclear, defense and trade related matters will result in further complication of the regional situation as Indian ruler’s enmity towards Pakistan is not a secret. During his visit to Bangladesh, Moodi himself took pride on his role in the conspiracy of breaking Pakistan while his atrocities against Indian Muslims and promoting hatred against minorities is already a talk of the town. Babri Masjid was demolished and construction of Ram Temple started in BJP’s era while Moodi government is suppressing minorities and forcing them to convert to Hinduism while the whole world is protesting against Indian oppression. Hindu pundits were allowed to purchase properties in occupied Kashmir. He said that India considers herself as a policeman of the region and threatening not only Pakistan but also the other countries including China. He said that Pakistan supports the freedom movement of Kashmiris on the principals of justice therefore, international organizations must stop India from oppressing Kashmiris and respect the rights of Kashmiris. Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi stressed on the international community to play its role in supporting the rights of Kashmiris and demand plebiscite in the occupied Kashmir in accordance with the resolutions of United Nations as the existing volatile situation of the occupied Kashmir is a threat for international peace.
