The approval of agreed constitution is undoubtedly a great achievement however, the people of Pakistan are still deprived of its benefits

ISLAMABAD, April 11: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the approval of an amicably agreed constitution is undoubtedly a great achievement however, the people of Pakistan are still deprived of its benefits. The real objectives of the constitution cannot be achieved without delivering the rights of all sects, factions along with the minorities as words without actions are not enough. The real spirit of constitution must be revived and acted upon. Maktab e Tashayyo is still deprived from its constitutional rights. Institutions made for the Islamization including Islamic Ideology Council, and Shariat Court, are being used for political bargains. Constitution was meant to facilitate and to drive the country towards stability and prosperity however; politicians used the constitution as a cover for looting national assets that has been exposed by Panama Leaks. The real purpose of the chaos created after Panama Leaks is also not meant to serve people but meant to catalyze the battle for throne which continues for the last 68 years while the common man is only a silent spectator. The way to protect Islamic constitution has been taught by Karbala and its inheritors. Imam Ali Naqi (A.S) accepted martyrdom but did not submit before the corrupt rulers aiming to change the real teachings of Islam. Sacrifices of the family and progeny of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) protected the message of Islam from any evil change. He said this in his message issued on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S) that is being commemorated on 3^rd Rajab across the world. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the eternal book of guidance Holy Quran has declared the love towards the family of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) as Ajr-e-Risalat (retribution of Risalat) while the holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa said that I do not expect anything from you except love for my family. Due to the same will of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP), the love of the pious progeny of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) guarantees the betterment of the whole humanity. The love of Ahl e Bait (A.S) demands us to take concrete steps to broadcast the teachings and services of Ahl e Bait (A.S) so that the world can be saved from depravity. He said that without Marefat of the members of Ahl e Bait (A.S), the payment of Ajr e Risalat is not possible therefore, it is mandatory of the lovers of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) to keep searching for the treasures of knowledge and wisdom offered by the members of the Ahl e Bait (A.S) so that they could understand the real purpose of the holy Prophet’s will and act upon it. He said that one of the greatest personality of the family of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) is Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S) who not only lightened up the candles of the teachings of Mustafa o Murtaza but protected the constitution of Islam even in the darkest eras of cruelty and barbarism while saved the teachings of the holy Quran from all kinds of internal and external corruption by becoming the ultimate explanation of the holy Quran’s verse that says “ We descended this Zikr and only we will protect it” as the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) stated that I am leaving two things i.e. the holy Quran and my Ahl e Bait (A.S) among you which will never depart unless they reach Hauz e Kauthar and will protect each other. He said that Halal of Muhammad (A.S) is Halal till the day of Judgment and Haram declared by Muhammad (PBUH&HHP) is haram till the day of Judgment while no power on earth can change it. The constitution of Islam by Almighty Allah is a complete code of life which includes solutions of all kinds of problems. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that it is a pity for Pakistan that after Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah its control was lost to the elements who tried to keep the constitution in their personal controls by making changes to it. 1973’s constitution was a well agreed constitution whose postulate No. 2 declares Islam as the official religion of Pakistan while its article 227 states that the source of all rulings will be Quran and Sunnah while their interpretation will only be accepted with the agreement of all sects. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the seeds sowed by the dictators are still creating problems while the politicians also played vital role in further nurturing the same crops and now presenting themselves as the champions of democracy to enjoy rule.
