On the call of the TNFJ, Youm Al-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin was observed throughout the country with the spirit of expressing solidarity with the oppressed

ISLAMABAD, July 11: The Jummatul Widah International Al-Quds Day Himayat-e-Mazloomin was observed throughout the country with the spirit of expressing solidarity with the oppressed the world over on the call of chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Protest demonstrations and rallies were taken out on the occasion for independence of Qibla-e-Awwal, oppressed people of Palestine and Kashmir, and against continued terrorism.

In Islamabad, the protest rally led by Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, Zulfiqar Ali Raja, Naeem Kazmi and other leaders was staged at Aabpara Chowk under the auspices of TNFJ Islamabad. The rally began from the Darbar of Hazrat Bari Sarkar’s father Sakhi Mahmood Badshah.

Addressing the rally at Aabpara Chowk, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami presented the special message of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. In his message, Agha Moosavi said it is shameful for Muslims that their Qibla-e-Awwal is in Zionist occupation, Israel was inflicted in Muslim chest like a dagger in 1948 and a protest lacked by planning and without properly laced with armaments could not deter Israel. He made it clear that owing to Muslim weakness Israel inflicted heavy defeat on Arabs in 6-day Arab-Israel war and when independence of Palestine was demanded, Israel then also occupied Gaza Strip, West Bank, Sinai deserts and Golan Heights and extended the Jerusalem limits and the situation reached to the extent that on 21 August 1969, an Australian Zionist Denis Michael Roohan set the Qibla-e-Awwal on fire. After a month of this incident when the Muslim Ummah woke up from a deep slumber for a while and OIC came into being on 25 September 1969 in Rabat city of Morocco but this organisation that came into being for the independence of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and for the unity of Muslim Ummah ended up into a mere office today. Although there is an Al-Quds Committee but practically it is dead.

The TNFJ chief said that when Muslims themselves are razing their holy places to ground, then how a good from others can be expected. He expressed concern that only 5 per cent holy Islamic signs are left on the soil of Hijaz. He said blasts in Masajid have become a day-to-day routine throughout the world and the so-called Jehadi outfits are razing the holy shrines of Anbia, Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar to ground in Iraq, Syria, Pakistan and Afghanistan which is encouraging for the enemies of Islam. He said Babri Masjid was razed to ground but none of the Arab countries severed ties from India. In this situation if anyone demands independence of Bait Al-Maqdad and to keep the sanctity of it from Israel, it would remain ineffective. He said today the condition of the Muslim Ummah is that every Muslim State is interfering in other Muslim States the fresh examples of which are Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Libya and Egypt. He warned that no one will lend an ear to Muslims against Zionist, Hindus, America, Israel and Britain unless they correct their deed themselves. He said objective to observe Youm Al-Quds Himyat-e-Mazloomin in the holy month of Ramazan was to wake up the international conscience and to wake up the Muslim rulers from deep slumber so as to treat the injuries inflicted on Muslims.

Later the participants of the rally dispersed peacefully after prays for an end to problems and difficulties of the Islamic World, for the success of the Pakistan’s Armed Forces and for the integrity, solidarity and stability of the motherland Pakistan.

In Rawalpindi, a similar rally was taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah under the auspices of TNFJ District Youm Al-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin Committee and terminated at Committee Chowk.
