Some powers have jumped into the fray to thwart the National Security Action Plan against terrorism - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, January 18: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh e Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that some powers have jumped into the fray to thwart the Nation Security Action Plan against terrorism, State institutions like administration, judiciary and parliament are being divided and the army is being kept alone. He said the steps taken by the lower level administration are not coherent with the government announcements as it is giving clean chit to the banned organisation while innocents are being nabbed just to fill in the blank. There are mistakes in the list of banned organisations and the interior minister should keep an eye on the black sheep in the administration because if the expectations of the people are not fulfilled then people may also demand military governments like they demanded military courts. Had the courts not freed terrorists ‘with honour’ then there was no need to set up the military courts, he added. He stated this while addressing the Youm Al-Huzn Majlis in connection with the Wisal of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.).

Agha Moosavi said no religion of the world permits humiliation of their elders and Mashaheer, therefore the western people should change their attitude. He lauded the statement of the Pope viz. blasphemy but lamented that European people are more followers of Zionism than the Pope. He said the truthfulness of Islam has become a threat for the hollow European culture that is why drama of attack on the French journal was staged. He said those who attacked the magazine had been the part of war fought in Syria on the expense of America and European countries. He said the Muslim rulers expressing solidarity with the French journal should also have expressed their attachment with the Zaat-e-Mustafvi (SAAW). He asked that if France can gather 40 countries for those who committed blasphemy then why Muslims cannot gather 57 countries. He said observing the grief of biggest protector of Namoos-e-Risalat Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is Rasool’s (SAAW) Sunnah, therefore peaceful voice of protest should be raised against blasphemy during the Ayyam Al-Huznprogrammes.

The TNFJ chief said Europe with tradition of staging demonstrations against Islam in Germany, attacking Muslim women in France, attacking mosques in Sweden and paintingQuranic verses on the bodies of prostitutes is strengthening thefoundations of terrorism. He lamented that those talking about the freedom of expression are against Muslim freedom of choice imposing restriction of using Hejab. He said the satanic powers have now become aware that if Islam was not stopped, it would surround the whole Europe, therefore like 9/11, a plan of attack on Charlie Hebdo was prepared with the objective to target Muslim Ummah and to stop the advancement of Islam. He lamented that statements of some Muslim rulers in favour of the French journal encouraged it to publish another 3 million copies of the journal that carried blasphemous caricatures. He said French government is to be blamed for publication of blasphemous caricatures in France where Islam is the second largest religion. He said the visit of the American Secretary of State to Pakistan was only symbolic as compared to India the purpose of which was to get assurances for American interests.

Agha Moosavi said that the OIC and the Arab League should summon their sessions on the issue of blasphemous caricatures and record their protest with France through the ambassadors of the Muslim States besides preparing a joint strategy and constituting such laws according to which humiliation of religious elders belonging to any religion should be declared an international crime so that such provocative incidents could not become the cause of enmity among Masalik, countries and religions. He said it is difficult to get rid of terrorism unless the reasons of international terrorism are attended to.

The TNFJ chief strongly condemned the incident of target killing in Sadiqabad, Rawalpindi in which three persons Syed Fayyaz Hussain, Syed Hamza Safdar, Syed Ghazi Ali were killed on the spot and Hammad Rafique was seriously injured. He demanded immediate arrest and exemplary punishment for the culprits and expressed sympathies with the bereaved families.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi expressed his shock that some parties banned even thrice are working independently while dignity of the Chaddar and Chardivari was being violated by arresting innocent people. He accused the administration for showing cowardice owing to some reservations where putting hand of some people is imminent. He demanded implementation of the National Action Plan with sincerity of purposed and said the government may arrest real terrorists instead of nabbing the innocent people. He said that the army may be given a free hand in the National Action Plan so that they can continue the Operation Zarb-e-Azb without any pressure and the culprits could meet their fate through the courts. If these steps were not taken then the rulers and politicians will be held responsible for whatever the people will suffer, he concluded.
