TNFJ observed Youm-e-Tarheem in remembrance of martyrs of all incidents including the Shikarpur carnage

ISLAMABAD, February 7: Youm-e-Tarheem was observed to express sympathy with the bereaved families of the Shuhada of all incidents including the Shikarpur carnage on Friday on the call of Patron-in-Chief of Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi with a commitment to support the Pakistan’s Armed Forces in Operation Zarb-e-Azb to root out terrorism, to support the oppressed, express hatred to oppressors and to support the struggle of peaceful forces come what may, and to condemn terrorism and terrorists at all fora. Quran Khwani, praying congregations and Majalis-e-Tarheem were orgainsed in all small and big cities of the country including Federal Capital Islamabad on this occasion. Protest demonstrations were also organised against terrorism, target killing, and suicide attacks under the auspices of TNFJ provincial, regional and district Youm-e-Tarheem committees.  

A protest rally was taken out from Jamia Masjid Qasr-e-Abu Talib under the auspices of TNFJ’s Youm-e-Tarheem Committee and Mukhtar SO which was led by Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani, M.H. Jafri, Samar-ul-Hassan Naqvi, Naseer Hussain Sabzwari, Alamdar Naqvi, Saiful Hassan Saifi, Tayyab Jafri, N.H. Naqvi, M.D. Haideri, Mehdi Raza Al-Hussaini, Ajmal Hassan Naqvi, Qazi Wafa Abbas and other leaders. Addressing the demonstrators at Abid Majid Road, Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani read out the special message of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in which he called upon the government to ensure the implementation of the National Action Plan on priority basis, tighten the noose around banned groups giving up duplicity in its words and deeds. 

He expressed his concern that at present the whole world, particularly Pakistan, is the target of terrorists. He said the injuries of minor Shuhada of Army Public School Peshawar were still intact when the monsters gave bloodbath to dozens of innocent Nimazis in Shikarpur. He said Pakistan is being punished for following Nazria-e-Asaasi and becoming an atomic power. He strongly condemned all incidents of terrorism, prayed for the all those who kissed Shahadat and all those Momineen and Muslims who died and while expressing heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved families demanded from the government to punish all culprits of these incidents because these incidents are the heinous conspiracy against the motherland.

The TNFJ chief demanded from the government to put its hands on facilitators of terrorists who are afraid of Operation Zarb-e-Azb and do not recognize banned groups using names of Masalik as the followers of recognised schools of thought. The demonstrators raised vociferous slogans in favour of their demands and later dispersed peacefully.

Addressing a central gathering at Jamia Masjid Jafariya Islamabad, Allama Guftar Sadiqi while expressed the need of effective implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act for rooting out terrorism from the country, got a resolution approved that called upon the powers that be to take their decision at their own instead of banking on super powers because America in not friend of anyone but of her interests. The resolution called upon all world organisations including the United Nations to play their role in stopping interference of America and her allies in Muslim States and to stop oppression and brutality there. The resolution demanded solution to the long-standing issues of Kashmir and Palestine in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of the people living there. The resolution called upon the OIC to summon its emergent session and lay down a joint and strong strategy to tackle the internal and external challenges amicably. The resolution vowed to support the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in his struggle for achieving religious rights for the Millat-e-Jafariya. 

Meanwhile, Ulema Karaam in their Friday sermons highlighted the philosophy of death and life and demanded imposition of strict action and restrictions on the banned groups working with new names so as to root out terrorism from the country.
