The commitment of political and army leadership not to budge an inch on Kashmir is right stance – Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, August 23: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the commitment of political and army leadership not to budge an inch on Kashmir is the interpretation of the whole nation. If weakness had not been shown on the Ufa declaration then India would not have run away from dialogue making an excuse in the garb of meeting with Kashmiri leadership today. The Indian atrocities on the frontiers is a proof that India is inviting atomic war therefore the international organisations should come forwards to resolve the issues so as to avoid war otherwise not only in this region but there would be destruction all around. He stated this while addressing the office-bearers of TNFJ Kashmir Council at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tasheyyo Saturday.

Agha Moosavi said that consensus of the military and political leadership on crackdown against the banned groups to overcome terrorism is a good omen. He said the implementation on most of the provisions of the National Action Plan is slow, the banned groups are wandering about freely by changing their names and their facilitators are sitting beside the government ministers and politicians and adding to the woes of the affected of terrorism. He said the government should publish the list of banned groups as even the lower echelon of administration is unaware of the names of banned organisations. He said had the noose tightened around these elements earlier then no incident of terrorism would have occurred including the Army Public School incident, murder of Punjab’s Interior Minister, and murder attempt on Rashid Godil. He said the whole nation is standing behind the Pakistan’s Armed Forces in favour of Operation Zarb-e-Azb in which participation of Chief of the Air Staff is also encouraging for the nation.

The TNFJ chief said that India desires to impose war against Pakistan, therefore the internal enemy has to be overcome to contest the external enemy amicably. He said it is lamentable that Muslim States are playing in the hands of America therefore dialogue can be initiated and issues can be resolved if America so desires. He said the problems of Palestine in the Middle East and Kashmir in the South Asia are the creation of international colonial powers who do not desire to resolve the same and continue using different tactics to put forward excuses of interference in Muslim States. He made it clear that international colonial powers desire to maintain supremacy of Zionists and Hindus in the respective regions through creating rift and anarchy in the Muslim States. 

Agha Moosavi said according to agreed formula for the partition the Muslim majority areas were to be annexed with Pakistan but English connived with India for her occupation in areas like Junagarh, Hyderabad Deccan and Gurdaspur. The freedom fighters gathered courage in getting some areas of Kashmir free but Indian leader Nehru himself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations where Resolutions for the Self-determination in favour of Kashmiris were adopted but unfortunately our rulers showed slackness on this issue after the demise of Quaid-i-Azam.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the world should keep in mind that both these regions will continue facing anarchy till the annexation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and independence of Kashmir in line with the United Nations Resolutions. He said the Indian demand to overcome terrorism is absurd as India herself is a terrorist country that separated Pakistan into two and Modi openly accepted the Indian act of going to Bangladesh and this statement of his was also supported by some Indian ministers.
