The incidents of terrorism in Karachi and Rawalpindi, while the government is having dialogue with terrorists poses questions

Decisive actions must be taken against terrorists groups; the whole life of Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) was full of courage, valor, and persistence - Addresses of Qamar Zaidi Allama Waqar and others to the Majalis e Babul Hawaej

RAWALPINDI, May 24: As per the announcement of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Musa Al Kazim (PBUH), the seventh heir of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP), started on Friday throughout the country and worldwide. On this occasion, Majalis e Aza were held which were followed by Matam Dari in the Aza Khanaz and Imam Bargahaz of the twin cities of Rawalpindi and federal capital Islamabad under the auspices of different religious, and Matami organizations. In their addresses, Ulema and scholars highlighted the pious character of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH). A procession of taboot was organized by the Matami organization Al-Hussain which was brought out from the residence of Bawa Syed Mazloom Hussain Shah Kazmi. Before the procession, while addressing to the Majlis e Babul Hawaej, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that the whole life of Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) was full of courage, valor, and persistence. Dictators and oppressors of his time tried every tactic in the book but could not bow him down. Due to this, he had to accept imprisonment, oppression and barbarity at the hands of the tyrant rulers with great patience, and proved that offering life in the way of Allah, for the protection of the religion and to dignify humanity is a way of life for the courageous supporters of truth. In their books, martyrdom is interpreted as eternal life for which they are always ready, believing martyrdom to be the pinnacle of worship.

Syed Qamar Zaidi said that Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) used to remain in the state of prayers and worship and thanked Almighty Allah for the prison where he could keep offering prayers. He further said that the pious character of Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) is a beacon of light for the oppressed humanity. On this occasion, a resolution was passed to condemn the continuous incidents of terrorism and target killings in the motherland termed them as a result of the government’s failure and flinching policies. The resolution demanded a concrete action against the banned organizations for the dream of peace to come true. After the Majlis e Aza the procession of Taboot was brought out which after passing through its designated routes, concluded at the Imam Bargah Qasr e Shabbir (PBUH). On this occasion different Matami organizations participated in the Matamdari.

A resolution adopted at the Majlis strongly condemned the incidents of terrorism in Rawalpindi, Karachi, Quetta and elsewhere and declared the incidents of target killing a failure and incapability of the government. The resolution called upon the government to take sincere efforts to root out terrorism and tackle the banned groups with an iron hand otherwise, it said, the dream of restoring durable peace in the country would not come true.

Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani, Qazi Mazhar Hussain Karbalai and other Zakreen addressed to the Majlis Babul Hawaej at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughal Abad. The first Majlis of Ayyam Babul Hawaej was held at Ali Hall under the auspices of Haeyate Tulbae Islamia, which was addressed by Moulana Waqar Hussain Naqvi followed by Matamdari. Majlis-e-Aza at Markazi Imambargah Shah Allah Ditta was addressed by Zakir Zuriyat Imran Shirazi, Zakir Ali Raza Shah and other Zakreen. Allama Abu Ali Bukhari addressed the Majlis-e-Aza held at Qasr-e-Imam Ali Naqvi Islamabad. Mean while annual Majlis-e-Aza in connection with Shahadat of Babul Hawaej Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.) will be held at Ali Masjid, Satellite Town today (Saturday) after Maghribain prayers under the auspices of Khanwada-e-Moosaviyaan. Khateeb Fateh-e-Furaat Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Allama Mufti Syed Basim Abbas Zahiri and others to address. Matamdari will be organised after the Majlis.

Meanwhile, Majlis-e-Aza in connection with the Shahadat of Hazrat Musa Kazim (A.S.) will be held at Imambargah Sadaat Kazmia Varyamal, Chakwal on Sunday (25th Rajab) at 12.00 Noon under the auspices of Syed Maqbool Ali Shah Moosavi. Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Mufti Basim Abbas Zahiri, Zakir Syed Zaigham Abbas Shah Tubb Bootey Shah, Allama Saqlain Haider Kazmi, Zakir Altaf Hussain, Zakir Syed Jalees Haider Kazmi, Zakir Liaquat Hussain Thaheem, Zakir Sajid Ali Sajid, Maulana Amir Qummi, and others to address. Taboot procession of Babul Hawaij will be taken out from the residence of Syed Maqbool Ali Shah Moosavi prior to the Majlis.
