Due to Muslims being backward on the educational front, they are looking towards the colonial powers for help - Hamid Moosavi ISLAMABAD, May 20: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Muslims enriched by natural resources and at the mercy of colonial powers being backward in science and technology therefore promotion of education may be adopted as the foremost priority to become successful. He said the academic and science revolution brought by Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) is beneficial even by the world today. He said commitment may be made to overcome darkness of riots, arson and terrorism through the enlightenment of knowledge and awareness by observing Youm-e-Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) on May 22. He said tributes may be paid on this day to the great services rendered by Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq. He expressed these views while addressing the Dars-e-Quran session at Shaebe Abi Talib. Agha Moosavi said that the banned organisations were reaping the benefits of bickering going on between media groups and confrontation of institutions. Those who claim to be patriots are projecting the enemies of humanity and thus damaging the roots of the motherland and adding fuel to the fire for those who are affected by terrorism. He said such fire should not be lit for the sake of mere interests as it may put the whole house on fire. The success of worst enemies in the neighbouring country and their designs for Pakistan and Kashmiris toll the danger bells and in these circumstances there is need to strengthen the back of Pakistan’s armed forces. The TNFJ chief said Muslims are confronted with internal strife always and thus weakened and Pakistan is undergoing the same situation today. At a time when new dangers are cropping up in the region, the Pakistani people are being pushed into anarchy and differences that provides food for thought to the patriotic circles, he added. He said the Khanwada-e-Rasool (SAAW) has the singular honour in history that they sacrificed all they had and protected the Godly principles and Mustafvi targets. Agha Moosavi said that satanic forces are afraid of Islam and Mashaheer-e-Islam and destruction of shrines of pious Sahaba Kubaar including that of Hazrat Khwaja Owais Qarni in Syria is part of that conspiracy. Unfortunately, he said, the shrines of great benefactors of Islam Mohsin-e-Azam Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.), other Sahaba Kubaar and Ummahatul Momineen in Jannatul Baqee are presenting the disappointed look which is a tragedy for the Islamic World. He reminded that demand of restoration and reconstruction of holy shrines in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah is a part of May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed the Khadim-e-Harmain Sharifain to restore the dignity of signs of forefathers, Ahle Bait Athaar and pious Sahaba Kubaar as in it lay the honour and dignity of religion and Shariat. He also appealed the Muslims the world over to organise Mahafil, Majalis and other events on the occasion of Youm-e-Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and pray for the supremacy of the Islamic World, rooting out terrorism, solidarity of the motherland and success of the oppressed the world over and express their practical hatred against those powers that are spreading hatred and biases.
