Creating differences between the superior institutions are harmful for the nation and the country and the source of strength for the enemy - TNFJ

ISLAMABAD, May 1: The Core Committee of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has declared that efforts to create differences and contradictions between the superior institutions and departments are harmful for the nation and the country and the source of strength for the enemy. The government should make the dialogue meaningful instead of prolonging the same unnecessarily and inform the people about the fruits of dialogue. If the dialogues have failed then the Parliament should be taken into confidence immediately for implementation of other option. The activities and media coverage of the banned groups should be banned immediately and they should be checked. Particular groups opposed to the Nazria-e-Asaasi are being imposed on the whole nation while other Makatib are being pushed to the wall which is contrary to the constitution and negates the sayings of the Quaid and Iqbal. The survival of the Nazria-e-Asaasi lay in Pakistan’s integrity and solidarity therefore the government should give rights to the Sunni and Shia recognised schools of thought on the basis of equality. These demands were approved by the two-day Core Committee meeting held under the president ship of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in its concluding session Wednesday.

According to the Central Spokesman of the Tehreek, the resolution approved during the meeting felt that some Muslim States were avoiding giving rights to minorities. They should ponder over the statement of the Chief Justice that says that there are 200 States where Muslims are in minority and if these 200 States began carrying out atrocities against Muslims as has already been done in Central Africa and Burma etc. then the whole responsibility of it would be laid on the Muslim States. The resolution made it clear that Islam preaches protection of rights of all. It said that in Pakistan not only the non-Muslim minorities rather such Makatib that laid down sacrifices for it are being deprived of their rights. The rulers should believe that such a trend would fulfil the international agenda, it said.

The resolution strongly condemned the ongoing incidents of target killing and terrorism and demanded from the government that not arresting the culprits of assassins of TNFJ Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa president Sardar Ali Asghar Jeo and renowned Khateeb Allama Nasir Abbas of Multan is extreme act of oppression and brutality. Another resolution expressed dismay for not taking suo moto notice so far by the Chief Justice of the continued incidents of target killing and terrorism and appealed that a broad-based tribunal may be formed comprising high level judges to probe all incidents of terrorism from the Zia era to-date and get the nation rid of this monster.

The resolution called upon the Muslim States to give up all types of biases to make their countries hub of peace and make the Khutba Hajjatul Widah of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) a charter for themselves. The resolution also condemned the biased and revengeful activities of some ministers of the Punjab government who were creating hurdles in the release of innocent prisoners of Youm-e-Ashoor incident of Rawalpindi despite approval of their bail. It demanded withdrawal of fake cases against the innocent prisoners and taking action against the real culprits. The resolution said no evil thinkers will be allowed to destruct the peace throughout the country including Islamabad and Rawalpindi and the Sunni-Shia brethren will thwart every conspiracy and mischief of the enemies of religion and motherland through their collective efforts.
