Pakistan is citadel of Islam therefore along with national policy, its foreign policy should also be in line with the Islamic principles

ISLAMABAD, March 19: The Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that motherland Pakistan is not a State of groups but the Islamic democratic country and citadel of Islam therefore along with national policy, its foreign policy should also be in line with the Islamic principles. Not rejecting the American government’s Advisory Commission for International Religious Independence anti-Islam report by the government and total silence on the part of politicians and religious leaders on it is shocking and provides food for thought. These views were expressed by him at the concluding ceremony of Hafta Azmat-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad here at Al-Murtaza.

Agha Moosavi said in Article 40 of the Chapter 2 of Pakistan’s Constitution it is written that the State should try to improve and stabilize relations among Muslim States on the basis on Islamic unity. He said friendly relations should be created to coordinate the combined interests of the people of Asia, Africa, Latin America with Muslims, and peaceful solution of international conflicts should be encouraged. He said at present there are 56 Muslim States including Pakistan, and the satanic forces are bent upon dividing them like they always tried and they are using their agents and stooges for this purpose that also include some Arab States and Shayukh who themselves snub the voice of their own people and deprive them of their basic rights, Saudi Arabia being top of them all.

The TNFJ chief said the current visit of the King of Bahrain is being done on the desire of Saudi rulers and no anchor or writer is telling or writing about the atrocities being committed by the Bahraini kings. He said Bahrain got independence on December 16, 1971 from Britain and it has a population of about 13 lakh out of which 75 per cent are followers of Maktab-e-Tasheyyo but the life for them has been made difficult. He expressed grave concern that out of 313 Shia villages there are only three dozen left. Bahrain at one time was considered the centre of Maktab-e-Tasheyyo but now there is total Saudi interference there, the graves of Mashaheer have been wiped out, the dignity of mosques and Imambargahs has been trampled, while all previous records of arresting women and children have been broken.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the rulers should correct themselves first who are playing the game of dialogue with extremists. He said the Federal Information Minister says that some powers desire to create state within State, who are they? The government is bound to unveil them. He lamented that banned groups are being given representation on media forums and are allowed to stage public meetings. Why the government is not tackling these elements who are playing as agents of some Arab States, he asked.
