On the call of the TNFJ the ‘Youm-e-Azmat Sha’air Allah’ was observed throughout the country with religious spirit

ISLAMABAD, March 1: The ‘Youm-e-Azmat Sha’air Allah’ was observed throughout the country including Federal Capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi Friday with religious and national spirit on the call of Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Peaceful protest demonstrations were staged against the target killing of different religious leaders including elderly religious scholar Allama Professor Taqi Hadi Naqvi and innocent citizens.

Agha Moosavi delivering his special address on the dignity of Sha’air Allah at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih, said that the archaeological signs, Sha’air Allah are the grand memories for the world of humanity for getting rid of international colonial powers. He said it is tragic for followers of religion and Shariat and is a matter of concern that Aal-e-Saud who were already involved in destruction of holy shrines of elders, offspring of Holy Prophet’s (SAAW) family, Ummahatul Momineen, and Sahaba Kubaar were now planning to destruct the place of birth of the Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW) in the name of expansion of Makkah Mukarramah. He said this heart-rending information has sent the wave of concern throughout the Islamic World. He said that the objective of the “Youm-e-Azmat Sha’air Allah” is to highlight the honour and dignity of Sha’air Allah because this indecent proposed action is an attack on the honour and dignity of the Muslim Ummah and an open enmity with Allah and Rasool (SAAW).

Meanwhile, a peaceful protest demonstration organised by Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Islamabad was staged in front of National Press Club here. Mufti Basim Abbas Zahiri, Chairman Mukhtar SO Syed Bu Ali Mehdi, Malik Ali Furqani, Zulfiqar Ali Raja, Prof. Ghulam Abbas Haideri, M.H. Jafri, Al-Haj Nasir Abbas Zaidi, Ammar Yassir Alvi, Syed Ali Mehdi Naqvi and other leaders led the demonstration. Syed Bu Ali Mehdi addressed the participants of the rally.

A resolution was adopted condemning the gory murder of elderly religious scholar Allama Taqi Hadi Naqvi and Mohtim of a religious institution Qari Ali Hassan and his son. The resolution called upon the international organisations to exert full pressure on the Saudi government to ensure the protection, honour and dignity of all holy places and restore the dignity of the already razed shrines of the religious elders. The participants of the rally paid tributes to the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for highlighting this important issues by observing Youm-e-Azmat Sha’air Allah. They resolve to offer any sacrifice on his call for his mission of ‘Wila’ and ‘Aza’ whenever so required. Later they dispersed peacefully by raising vociferous slogans against terrorism.

Meanwhile, peaceful demonstrations were staged on the occasion of Youm-e-Azmat Sha’air Allah at Karachi Press Club, Aiwan-e-Mukhtar Quetta, Peshawar Press Club, Lahore Press Club, Markazi Imambargah Bagh Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Skardu, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Dera Ismail Khan, Bhakkar, Mianwali, Multan, Sheikhupura, Muzaffargarh, Attock, Khairpur Mirs, Hyderabad, Sehwan Sharif, Nawabshah, Sanghar, Dadu, Osta Muhammad, Jecobabad, and Sukkur.
