The joint session of the Parliament should be summoned to take a final decision about dialogues with terrorists or to carry out operation against them – Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, February 21: The Patron-in-Chief of Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that joint session of the Parliament should be summoned to take a final decision about dialogues with terrorists or to carry out operation against them. He said the doors of dialogue should remain open for those who support dialogue. He stated this while addressing the elite from Bangash area here at Al-Murtaza Thursday.

Agha Moosavi said that discontinuation of Drone attacks was the biggest demand that has been fulfilled during the meeting of the Prime Minister during his American visit. As far as the enforcement of Shariat is concerned, he said, every follower of the Hazoor (SAAW) is bound to follow Shariat. He made it clear that Shariat is the collection of Godly commandments while Pakistan has the honour that it came into being in the name of Islam and under the Article 227 of the Constitution the government is bound to transform the country’s laws in line with the Shariat. It has also been included in the said Article that meaning and explanation of the Quran and Sunnah recognised by the relevant recognised school of thought will be considered verified for that particular school of thought.

The TNFJ chief posed a question to the TTP and its supporters that what do they mean by Shariat? He said when dialogues were initiated then committees also sprang up from both sides while the situation remains the same. He said TTP issued a video inviting Kalash tribe to accept Islam and be ready for their throats to be cut down otherwise. Similarly they also warned the Ismaili community despite the fact that there is no coercion is Islam rather Islam is the religion of love and is not spread through suicide attacks. He said the extremists should also keep it in mind that all Kalma-reciting communities live here and Ismaili community is one of those. He said all religions including the Hindus, Zionists and Christians, if desire, can also threat the Muslim minorities in their respective countries and impose their own beliefs on them through these threats. He said this type of attitude could be beneficial for the enemies but would be harmful for the Muslim Ummah.

Agha Moosavi said that the biggest hurdles in way of extremists are the security institutions. They have demanded enforcement of Shariat and severing relations with America. He said Muslims, wherever they are, follow Shariat-e-Muhammadi. As far as friendship with America is concerned, there is a Godly commandment that atheists should not be made friends. Can the TTP swear before Allah that which powers are behind them? Some Arab countries are more freely keeping relations with America and left behind Zionists and Christians in doing so. Therefore they should follow the right path and keep the honour and dignity of Pakistan supreme, do not cause harm to those who are residing in Pakistan.

The TNFJ chief said that Pakistan Army is most prestigious army of the world and everyone in Pakistan supports is because they are the sons of the soil and causing any harm to them is tantamount to harming Islam and Pakistan. He condemned terrorist attacks on some private channels and newspaper offices and termed that enemies of Islam and Pakistan are behind such acts.

The elite from Bangash area presented heart-felt condolences to the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi on the Shahadat of TNFJ Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa president Sardar Ali Asghar Jeo and prayed for the supremacy of the religion and motherland and offered Fateha for the departed souls.
