Big powers are causing hurdles in the way of freedom of Kashmir; will have to follow the teachings of Karbala – Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, February 05: Complete solidarity was expressed with the freedom fighters of Karbala-e-Kashmir on the Day of Solidarity with Kashmiris observed throughout the country Wednesday on the call of Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Protest demonstrations were held and rallies were taken out on this occasion. In a special message on the occasion, Agha Moosavi demanded giving Kashmiris their right to self-determination and implementation of the United Nations Resolutions for the solution of long-standing issue of Kashmir and strongly condemned the atrocities being committed by the Indian colonial forces in the Held Kashmir against them for quite long. He said the only way to remove the hurdle in way of their freedom is to follow the lesson of Karbala. He said the world powers follow double standards as they don’t listen to the woes of the lakhs of Kashmiri oppressed but were restless to give the right of self-determination to Mashriqi Taimur and Southern Sudan. Paying homage to the sacrifices of the Kashmiri freedom fighters, he said the Indian atrocities have reached the maximum extent and international organisations and human rights institutions were silent.

The TNFJ chief condemning the continued incidents of terrorism in the country said the target killing of TNFJ Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa president Sardar Ali Asghar Jeo, suicide attack in Pak Hotel in Kocha Risaldar in Peshawar and blasts at the railway track near Karachi Tuesday were the activity of the perpetual enemy of the religion and the motherland. He demanded from the government not to pay mere lip-service but tighten noose around terrorists.

Meanwhile, the Youm-e-Yakjehti Kashmir Committee of the TNFJ Islamabad staged a protest demonstration in front of National Press Club Islamabad. Led by District President Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, those prominent figures that participated in the rally were: Convener Youm-e-Yakjehti Kashmir Committee TNFJ Malik Ali Furqani; Allama Fakhar Abbas Abidi; Z.A. Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information TNFJ addressing the demonstrators called upon the international organisation to give up their partisan attitude and ensure implementation on the United Nations Resolutions for a permanent solution to the Kashmir issue. He said it is the duty of the international organisations to force India for resolving the Kashmir issue and bow down before the United Nations Resolutions and the will of the Kashmiris otherwise, he said, the dream of restoring peace in the South Asia would not come true. The rally was also addressed by Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, Syed Sajjad Haider Kazmi, Allama Fakhar Abbas Abidi, and Z.A. Raja.
