The government should not get entangled in others disputes – Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, April 30: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has asked the rulers to inform the nation about the out comes of the dialogue. He said we have been the supporters of dialogue but the powers that be may explain the shifting of thousands of militants to Syria in the garb of dialogue. He said we have demanded time and again to avoid involving in conflicts of other States as Pakistan is still reaping the outcome of joining the Afghan war. Those who give proposal of following the ‘Turkish model’ to the rulers to humiliate army are foolish friends and should be afraid of ‘Egypt model’, he added. He said Pakistan’s supremacy lay in implementing the ‘Madina and Najaf model’ unveiled by Hakimul Ummat Allama Iqbal. He stated this while addressing the members of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Core Committee.

Agha Moosavi said the rise of Modi in India could be harmful to Pakistan and Kashmiris, those who are bent upon declaring India the Most Favoured Nation should exercise wisdom. He said removing the special status to Held Kashmir by India would be tantamount to burying the Kashmir issue for ever. He said Pakistan’s armed forces should not be pitched against any private institution, strengthening the back of the Pakistan’s armed forces is the responsibility of every institution and person. He said pitching the armed forces against terrorists, judiciary and sometimes against media is a part of the international strategy to weaken the Pakistan’s armed force. It is tragic for the governments to entangle the army in different issues and stepping back themselves. He accused the Punjab government ministers of patronizing the banned organisations. This patronage of banned organisations is being carried out to please those States who are themselves dependent on others for their own help. Utilising the resources of the Islamic World against Muslims is tantamount to inviting the wrath of God.

The TNFJ chief said that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya was formed in reaction to Gen. Ziaul Haq’s attack on the ideological Asaas of Pakistan. The demand of enforcement of Fiqh-e-Jafariya is for the followers of the Maktab-e-Tasheyyo and we don’t want to impose our beliefs on others nor we will allow anyone to impose their beliefs on us. He said weakening the Islamic World by creating Sunni-Shia rift is the agenda of the colonial America-Zionist-Hindu trio. Whoever will create rift between Sunni and Shia brethren will be considered as the colonial agent, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that once more conspiracy is being hatched to push Pakistan into the war of others. Therefore, he added, the rulers should exercise firmness and courage to refuse to become part of any such drama. The unity of the Islamic World and Pakistan’s integrity and stability will have to be made the centre of the foreign policy.

Col. (Retd) Sakhawat Kazmi, head of the Jafariya Action Committee presented his report during the meeting.
