Had the Soviet Union not broken at the American desire then the Muslim States of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Egypt, Yemen, and Sudan would have remained intact – Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, September 16: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Russia has fulfilled her obligation of friendship with Syria. Had the Soviet Union not broken at the American desire then the Muslim States of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Egypt, Yemen, and Sudan would have remained intact. The United Nations should take action against the United States for providing chemical weapons to the Syrian rebels, while similar action may also be taken against India and Israel. Why those who are creating hue and cry over the destruction of Buddha’s statues in Bamyan are silent on the desecration of signs and shrines of the Mashaheer-e-Islam. The United Nations Security Council should ensure protection of Muslim holy places in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syrian, Jordan, Iran, Egypt and Palestine because we can bear everything but could not bear the desecration of signs and shrines of our Mashaheer-e-Islam. He stated this while talking to elite from Islamabad.

Agha Moosavi said we pray for the APC to be result-oriented but the decision taken by them could not be useful without addressing the reasons behind terrorism. He asked that if Drone attacks are the reason of terrorism then what were the reasons behind terrorist activities prior to Drone attacks? Drone attacks are killing innocent Pakistani people and armed forces besides destruction country’s property. The operation being carried out in Karachi should be made justifiable and reservations of different sections of society should be addressed and mandate of the parties representing the people should be honoured. The policy adopted by the government with reference to staging the APC increased anarchy instead of creating unity. Not taking the representatives of Makatib while formulating most important national policy is tragic as they all equally participated in making the country good and they equally sacrificed their lives for country’s defence. Sacrifices are being made to push the Maktab-e-Tasheyyo behind in State affairs and our positive policies should not be taking as our weakness. A high level meeting would be summoned in October to lay down the policy for Maktab-e-Tasheyyo.

The TNFJ chief said if all countries started doing whatever they wanted at their free will and started violating the United Nations and the Security Council charter will like America then it will become very difficult for the United Nations to survive and it would become worse than the League of the Nations. He said every country, person and organisation that has a little bit of conscience protested against attack of Syria. The Pope avoided supporting to target Syria, Congress postponed its resolution while the United Nations openly stated that the militants also used chemical weapons. He questioned that who provided chemical weapons to the militants? Are the countries providing chemical weapons will also be asked to destroy their chemical weapons and whether similar action will be taken against them as is being taken against Syria and whether the chemical weapons present in America would also be destroyed? He said if the Muslim World desires to get rid of colonial shackles then they would have to achieve the right to veto.

Agha Moosavi said that it was unfortunate for Pakistan that Big Satan America used to misuse its rulers and our rulers were easily used and are still being used resulting the decline after decline in the motherland Pakistan. He lamented that out of 254 registered political parties only 12 were invited to the APC and the rest were ignore. Some those parties were also ignored that have their presence in the Parliament while on the contrary single-seat parties were invited instead. Similarly, parties representing Masalik and Makatib were also ignored. He said the APC was summoned but the chief ministers were entrusted to carry out the job; if they had to done this then why they had summoned the APC?

The TNFJ chief called upon the Chief Justice the as he takes suo moto notice of every incident, then he should also take notice of terrorism that began in the Zia era and is going sky high now. He should set up a tribunal to know the reasons behind terrorism and take strict action against those who are playing ‘holi’ with the blood of the innocent. He said that when a representative delegation of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya met the UNESCO representatives they took the stance that protection of Islamic signs is not included in their purview. He said the then why these organisation cry hoarse on the desecration of Bhudha’s statue, it proves that the game of destruction of Muslim signs is being staged in the connivance of international organisations. He expressed his concern that the signs of Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) are being wiped out speedily in the name of expansion with a motive to wipe out all signs of Islam, although expansion could have been carried out even by saving their signs.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the Maktab-e-Tashih has always played the role of the advance force in bettering Pakistan. The Shia’an-e-Haider Karrar wholly participated whenever the wounded democracy was restored in the country but conspiracies are being hatched to leave the Maktab-e-Tashih behind in all State affairs. He said the central session of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya has been summoned in October keeping in view the national and international situation in which delegates from within and without will participate and important decisions will be taken.
