ISLAMABAD, March 12: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said Pakistan is the Asaas of Islam and complete manifesto of life that condemns all types of biases, enmities, hatred and aggression rather looks at every person with respect and honour on which the era of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) stands witness. This was stated by him while addressing the office-bearers of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya who called on him here Tuesday.

Agha Moosavi said the Madina Treaty is the bright argument of large-heartedness of Islam even today one of the conditions from it included that residents of Madinah Munawwarah including Muslims, Zionists and Christians would equally participate in restoring law and order. This treaty also made it clear that all persons included in the treaty will be considered one party, will confront the enemy in case of an external attack jointly, no party will cause harm to the other, all parties will accept Madinah Munawwarah and will not play riot in it, they all will preach welfare and good within each other, every party will enjoy religious freedom, and Qisas will be taken from the one who kills any innocent deliberately. He said the Pakistan ideology should be understood by making that code as a basis because the Article 20(A) of the Constitution says that every citizen will have the right to follow his religion, exercise it and preach it, every religious group and sect will have the right to establish their religious institutions, maintain it and make arrangements for it. He said that is why every citizen enjoys the religious freedom in Islam and no one has been given the right to coerce the other in adopting another sect or leave any sect.

The TNFJ chief said that today Madinah Treaty and the Constitution of Pakistan are being violated. Quetta incidents and Abbas Town Karachi incidents have shattered the whole country, innocent Nimazis were killed in Meena Bazar Masjid Chisti in Peshawar, in Badami Bagh Lahore, the whole Christian community was shifted to another place despite arrest of the blasphemy accused and the miscreants were given a free hand to put the Christian homes ablaze so as to defame Pakistan the world over. He appreciated the Chief Justice for taking suo moto notice of the Quetta, Karachi and Badami Bagh incidents. However, he added, concrete measures should be taken to ensure punishment for the culprits of these incidents and the target killers otherwise the bloodshed would continue, communities will be set on fire and Drone attacks would continue.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the satanic forces are involved in continued terrorism in the country and the massacre because the chiefs of terrorists would not come here themselves rather they are shedding the blood of the innocents through their agents. He asked why the Anti-Terrorism law in not being implemented, now another bill has come and no one knows how many time it will take in implementation. He asked that when rulers, politicians and parties are itself involved in such activities then who will provide them with justice. He said the institutions are being pitched against each other, holy institution of army is being accused, the enemy also desires that Pakistan’s armed forces are being defamed. He made it clear that there is no lingual, group and Maktabi conflict rather it all is due to the conspiracy of all our enemies and incompetence of our rulers and politicians who were honoured by the nation but they are giving them humiliation and defame in return. He stressed the need of putting the motherland on extreme heights and turn it into a hub of peace for which everyone will have to play his sincere and positive role.
