RAWALPINDI, January 29: As per the announcement of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, festive gatherings in connection with Hafta e Wah’dat o Akhu’wat continued throughout the country including the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad on Monday. On this occasion, conference, seminars, Mahafil, Milaad and programs of Jashan were held under the auspices of different religious organizations and institutions.

Mehfil e Milad un Nabi was held under the auspices of Anjuman e Faiz e Panjtan at Imam Bargah Zainal Abidin (PBUH).  Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi while addressing to the Mehfil said that there was a time when the whole of humanity was in the grip of the darkness of injustice and ignorance. At that time Almighty Allah showered his bounties on human beings and sent the Holy Prophet Muhammad e Mustafa (PBUH & HHP) to guide the strayed society. “As the rising sun shines and the darkness fades away, similarly the Holy prophet Muhammad (PBUH & HHP)’s teachings drove away the darkness of ignorance and enlightened the whole universe with his divine glory. The arrival of Mustafa proved to be a light of hope and panacea for the deprived and destitute”, he said that the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) established the foundation of the first Islamic state in Madinah, taught culture and civilization and provided the essence of good governance.

Moulana Waqar Hussain Naqvi while addressing Milad un Nabi emphasized that the basis of all the Prophetic teachings lies upon justice and equality, thus we should try to remove all kinds of social differences and should distribute rights on the basis of equality to ensure a universal peace.

Mufti Basim Zahiri, while addressing the same Mehfil, said that Sadiq e Aal e Muhammad (PBUH) played a vital role in promoting the Sharia of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and Divine commands of Almighty Allah. He stated that the teachings of the Sadiqain (PBUT), if followed, are a guaranteed solution to all the problems faced by humanity.

Naat Khawan Zakir Mudasir Abbas, Zakir Ghulam Hur, Zakir Syed Farhat Hussain Kazmi and Syed Shafqat Hussain Kazmi recited Naats and Qasidaz. On this festive occasion Ibrahim Scouts held the reception and welcomed the distinguished guests.

Another Mehfil e Milaad was held under the auspices of Anjuman e Kaneezan Imam Al ASR Wal Zaman (PBUH) at Shoabe Abi Talib (PBUH). Zakira Apa Syeda Hussain while addressing the Mehfil said that Almighty Allah sent the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) in the society, which was divided into different groups due to their personal interests and beliefs. He (PBUH & HHP) bore all the difficulties and problems and developed a society, which was based on the universal Islamic laws. From the beginning of his Prophethood he took such practical steps, which revolutionized the lives of the ordinary people and made great changes in existing society.
