Hazrat Mukhtar Saqfee (RA) played a vital role in obliteration of the enemies of Islam and Sharia Yazidiat and its oppression are afraid of Mukhtar e Saqfee (RA) even today - addresses of renowned scholars at Imam Bargah Jamia tul Murtaza Islamabad ISLAMABAD, January 23: In connection with the Eid e Zahra (PBUH) and Jashan e Mukhtar e Aal e Muhammad (PBUT), a Mehfil e Noor was held at Markazi Imam Bargah Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4, Islamabad under the auspices of Anjuman Dukhtaran e Islam and Ummul Banin WF. While addressing on the occasion Dr. Khanum Zahra Gul said that the pious character of Hazrat Mukhtar Saqfee (RA) is the best defense for the oppressed against the conspiracies of international colonial powers. She said that Hazrat Mukhtar Saqfee (RA) came into action in accordance with the proclamation of Almighty Allah, which promises to destroy the enemies of Islam and Sharia. She said that after the tragedy of Karbala, Hazrat Mukhtar Saqfee (RA) used to shed tears and wail for the pious family of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) as they were subjected to extreme oppression and brutality. Hafeeza Khatoon in his address said that Mukhtar Saqfee (RA) mentioned four important principals as the cause of his stand which included the protection of the Book of God (The holy Quran) and the traditions of the holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP), revenge of the murder of the leader of martyrs Imam Hussain (PBUH) and his pious family (PBUT) and defense of the weak and oppressed and then he did what he said. Khatiba Syeda Binte Moosa Moosavi said that Yazidiat and its oppression are afraid of Mukhtar even today. She further said that in order to get rid of the clutches of colonial powers, the Muslim nation would have to follow the pious character of Hazrat Mukhtar Saqfee (RA), which tells us to rely only on Almighty Allah. The participants of the Mehfil unanimously passed a resolution which pledged to act in accordance with the call of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for the protection of the signs attributed to Almighty Allah, as well as the sacred mission of Wila e Ali Ibne Abi Talib (PBUH), and Azadari e Imam Hussain (PBUH). Different poetess also offered tributes through their poetry. The Ummul Banin WF, Girl Guides and Sakina Generation performed administrative duties.
