Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH) many times bore difficulties of the captivity at the hands of the tyrant rulers No sacrifice will be spared for the protection of Azadari, which is the legacy of Hazrat Zainab and Imam Sajjad (PBUT) – Address of Syeda Binte Ali Moosavi to a Majlis of the concluding days of morning of Imam Hussain (PBUH) at Jamia tul Murtaza Islamabad ISLAMABAD, January 22: A concluding Majlis of the “Hafta e Ehad O Peyman” and the concluding days of morning of Imam Hussain (PBUH) was held at Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad under the auspices of Anjuman e Dukhtaran e Islam, UWF, Girl Guides and Sakina Generation. A renowned scholar and speaker Syeda Binte Ali Moosavi while addressing to the Majlis said that Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH), in the darkest period of the Abbasid era supported the people of the religion and Sharia and those who cared for knowledge and wisdom. She said it was that era which was based upon oppression and barbarity, insulting of oppressed and spilling of their blood. Abbasid rulers were using Islam and Sharia as shield so that they could deviate people from the source of the Islamic teachings. She said that in his short life of 28 years, he (PBUH) many times bore the difficulties and hardships of the captivity at the hand of the tyrant rulers. Hazrat Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH) stood fast in the path of the evil designs of the tyrant rulers and had to pay heavy price for fulfilling this divine responsibility but nothing could move him from the true path. On this occasion the participants of the Majlis unanimously approved a resolution in which they reiterated their vow to spare no sacrifice for the defence of Azadari, which is the legacy of Imam Zain Al Abidin (PBUH) and Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) and nobody will be allowed to cause hindrance in the way of Azadari. Zakira Malaika Ghaffar, Abeela Nazima Kazmi presented eulogies in the Majlis. To conclude the Majlis the replica of the coffin of Hazrat Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH) was brought out in the ladies and matamdari was performed.
