ISLAMABAD, January 18: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the gory murder of Mutahidda Qaumi Movement’s member of the Sindh assembly, Manzar Imam along with his three guards is an open act of terrorism and a heinous conspiracy to destabilise the motherland by our perpetual enemy. In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab e Taheyyo on Thursday, demanded to impose Governor’s Rule in Sindh and hand over Karachi to the armed forces as has been done in case of Balochistan so as to restore peace in view of the continued incidents of murder and arson.

Agha Moosavi said there is need to ensure the honour and dignity of all state institutions including judiciary, parliament, administration and security institutions. He said everyone should accept the supremacy of the constitution, had it been done many issues would have been resolved to-date. He expressed concern that despite imposition of Governor’s Rule in Balochistan the situation has not improved there and incidents of terrorism are still going on.

The TNFJ chief demanded from the government to take action against the culprits of all incidents of terrorism including the assassins of member of the Sindh Assembly Manzar Imam in Karachi, Mastung incident, Alamdar Road Quetta incident, Dhoke Syedan Rawalpindi incident and immediate financial compensation should be announced for the bereaved families of the martyrs of these incidents. He strongly condemned continued violation of our frontiers by India and said our rulers are following the policy of “We will see you next time” despite the fact that they should have given a befitting reply of this aggression.

The Quaid e Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon the mourners of Imam Hussain (PBUH) to give priority to Azadari over all other matters till 8th Rabiul Awwal and avoid taking part in all types of political activities because the grief of Imam Hussain (PBUH) is top of our all other grieves. He reiterated his resolve that no bargaining will be allowed on the interests of the nation and the country come what may.
