In this day and age, the adopting of the pious character of Hazrat Mohammad and His Holy Progeny (PBUT) is must to get freedom from terrorism and all types of upheaval; indeed, following the pious character of the Holy Prophet and His pious progeny (PBUT) is the guarantee of eternal emancipation - addresses of Allama Qamar Zaidi, Nilofar Zawar, Kazim Turabi and Ijlal Haideri to the mourning assemblies

RAWALPINDI, January 10: In accordance with the announcement made by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, programmes of mourning are being observed in connection with “Hafta e Azmat e Mustafa O Mujtaba (PBUT)” to commemorate the death anniversary of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and the martyrdom of Imam Hassan e Mujtaba (PBUH) throughout Pakistan as well as the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Ulema during their speeches delivered in Masajid, Imam Bargahs and Hussainiaat highlighted the great personalities of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH & HHP) and Imam Hassan e Mujtaba (PBUH). Ladies programmes were also held on this occasion.

At Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad, Zakira Nilofar Zawar, while addressing to the mourning assembly arranged by Anjuman e Dukhtaran e Islam (Reg), said that for the guidance of humanity, Almighty Allah sent down his divine representatives who, while introducing humanity with the right path enlightened their hearts with the love of Almighty Allah; they accepted all types of hardships happily and served the religion. She stressed upon a fact that according to the teachings of the Holy Quran, the office of divine caliphate can not passed down to any oppressor that is why there is a clear difference between the worldly rulers and the divine representatives. She reminded those present that according to the tradition of Thaqlain, the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) left two precious things amongst us; the Holy Quran and his pious and holy Progeny (PBUT), and it was his will to hold both of them tightly in order to never go astray. She said that following the pious character of the pious progeny of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) is a guarantee of salvation. She stressed that in the contemporary world where barbarity, oppression, injustice and ignorance is very common, it is essential to highlight the greatness of Mustafa O Mujtaba (PBUT) because their teachings and pious character is still a ray of hope for the oppressed and destitute. 

While addressing to a mourning assembly in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hassan (PBUH) arranged by Ghulam Hussain Karbalai at Qasr al Qaim (PBUH) Mohammad Nagar Joriyan Dhmyal Rawalpindi, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that Hazrat Muhammad e Mustafa (PBUH & HHP) is the prophet of peace and mercy who, by signing the treaty of Hudaibiya, proved to the whole world that Islam is the religion of peace and harmony; his grandson Imam Hassan e Mujtaba (PBUH), by signing the peace treaty of Madina, perfected the mission continued by his grandfather Hazrat Muhammad e Mustafa (PBUH & HHP). For the preservation and protection of this mission, the descendent of Fatima Zahra (PBUT) stood fast against the oppressor and tyrant rulers of their own time. He said that it is essential to follow the teachings of Mustafa o Mujtaba (PBUT) in order to defend religion and beloved homeland Pakistan and to get the rid of terrorism and other vices. He demanded from the government to pay some attention to the problems faced by the public and it should spare some thoughts for rescuing poor people from the crisis of gas and power load shedding; he warned the government that it should be aware that the public fed up of their every day problems may turned against it.

Allama Kazim Turabi while addressing to the assembly said that there is a clear cut policy of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya in regards to the incidents of terrorism and other tragedies during the days of mourning of Imam Hussain (PBUH) and that is, “the grief of Imam Hussain (PBUH) is superior and (Azadari) the mourning for Imam Hussain (PBUH) is the greatest grief”. He said that it is the policy of the Maktab e Tasheyyo that from 1^st of Muharram till 8 of Rabiul Awwal we do not observe the grief of our loved ones and we merge our grief into the grief of Imam Hussain (PBUH). Allama Raie Muzamil Hussain, Mufti Basim Abbas Zahiri, Moulana Ali Zaib Kazmi and Zakir Qamar Raza Naqvi also addressed to the Majlis.

Moulana Ijlal Haider  al Haideri while addressing to a Majlis e Aza in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hassan e Mujtaba (PBUH) organized by Intasar Zaidi and brothers said that in order to get freedom from the oppression and brutality imposed by the colonial powers, all will have to adopt the path of Hussainiat. He said that the pious character of the grandfather (Mohammad PBUH & HHP) and the grandson (Hassan PBUH) is a beacon of light for the whole of humanity.  Subsequently, the replica of the coffin of Imam e Hassan e Mujtaba (PBUH) was taken out which, after following its traditional route in the form of procession, concluded at Ali Masjid.
