The Chehlum (fortieth) of the martyrs of Karbala will be commemorated with great religious respect and dedication The main Central mourning procession of Rawalpindi will be brought out from Imam Bargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Muhalla, Imam Bargah Hifazat Ali Shah and Imam Bargah Col. Maqbool; the electronic and Print media must provide full coverage to the mourning processions of Chehlum of the martyrs of Kabala (PBUT) RAWALPINDI, January 3: The chehlum of the grandson of the holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and beloved son of Hazrat Imam Ali (PBUH) and Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zahra (PBUH) and his seventy two companions will be commemorated on 20th Safar ul Muzaffar Thursday throughout the world including Pakistan with great religious respect and dedication. On this occasion, the mourning processions including Alam (Hussaini flag), Zuljanah, and Taaziya will be brought out which will be attended by the mourners of Imam Hussain (PBUH) who will also perform Noha recitation and Zanjeer Zani. The main mourning procession of Rawalpindi will be brought out from Imam Bargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Muhalla, Imam Bargah Hifazat Ali Shah and Imam Bargah Col. Maqbool Hussain. On this occasion, Zanjeer Zani will be performed at Habib Bank Chock. Participants and mourners of Imam Hussain (PBUH) will be addressed by Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi at Fawara Chock, who will highlight the message of Hussainiat in his address. Mukhtar Azadari (Medical) Camps by Mukhtar Students Organization, Ibrahim Scouts, Mukhtar Organization, and Mukhtar Generation will be installed at different stops of the procession including Habib Bank Chock, Fawara Chock, and Jamia Masjid Road. Different religious, and social services organizations have made arrangements for Langar e Hussaini and Sabeel. The members of Ibrahim Scouts, Mukhtar Force, and TNFJ’s Arbaeen Committee will accompany the procession. Zuljanah processions will also be brought out from Darbar Shah Chan Charagh, and Imam Bargah Shaheedan e Karbala Tyre Bazar which will eventually join the central mourning procession. Similarly, Zuljanah and Alam processions will also be brought out from Imam Bargah Yadgar e Hussain (PBUH) Satellite Town, and Baltistaniya Imam Bargah Angatpura in which Zanjeer Zani will be performed at Banni Chock at the time of Asar. All the mourning processions of Rawalpindi will conclude after reaching Qadeemi Imam Bargah. Meanwhile, the convener of TNFJ’s Alamgeer Arbaeen Committee Dr. S. M. Rizwi demanded from the government and media to provide full coverage to all the central mourning processions of Chehlum of the martyrs of Karbala (PBUT).
