RAWALPINDI, February 21: In connection with the announcement of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, celebrations of the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH) started as International Ayyam e Askari on Wednesday. Ulema, scholars and Zakireen addressed the programs on this occasion across the country including Islamabad and Rawalpindi. In Rawalpindi a special program was arranged at Imam Bargah Zain ul Aza under the auspices of Majlis e Farogh e Hussainiat. While addressing in the program Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi declared the tragic Quetta incident as the failure of the government and said that unstopped massacre of Hazaras in Quetta, target killing in Karachi and today’s Jacobabad bomb blast are part of the ongoing wave of terrorism in the country and thanking the Chief Justice for taking suo-moto notice of Quetta terrorism he also appealed to create a vast tribunal for investigations of the tragic incidents. He said that brutal and barbaric rulers tried their utmost to kneel down Imam Hassan Askari and move him away from the righteous path but the holy Imam kept the principals of Tauheed e Elahi (Oneness of God) and Shariat e Muhammadi high through his infallible policy, which is the best model to follow. Highlighting the pious character of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH), he said that Imam Hassan Askari who was the descendent of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) offered extraordinary sacrifices for the religion and Sharia. He said that when the enemies tried to disrespect the holy Quran, Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH) successfully confronted them through his power of reasoning that was based upon his eternal knowledge and wisdom and proved the eternity and greatness of the holy Quran to the rest of the world. He said that in order to know the essence of Quranic teachings, it is mandatory to come to the door of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH&HHP) and his pious progeny as this sacred family possesses the knowledge of connotations, meanings, essence and values of the message of Almighty Allah. Their hearts are full of the signs and logics attributed to Almighty Allah therefore, the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) instructed for a firm association with Ahl e Bait PBUT (the pious family of the holy Prophet) as equally mandatory as our association with the holy Quran. He said that Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH) is that great leader who courageously confronted six dictators of his era despite bearing intense torture and suffering with extraordinary patience. Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH&HHP) also holds the honor that his son will emerge to demolish oppression and cruelty and fill the whole world with justice. Addressing to the first Mehfil of International Ayyam e Askari held Qasr e Abu Talib (PBUH) Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani said that Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH) bravely confronted the dictators and barbaric rulers of his era to align the people with the Sirat e Mustaqee (path of righteousness) and devoted his whole life in preaching the true lessons of Islam. Scholars and Ulema used to seek knowledge and wisdom from the teachings of the holy Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH) who possessed unmatchable qualities while the holy Shrine of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH) is located in Samarra, Iraq. Allama Hamdani said that in order to thwart the conspiracies of the enemies of Islam, the pious character of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH) is a role model and beacon of light which if followed will lead us to the success in this world and the world hereafter. Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari and Qazi Hussain also addressed the Mehfil.
