The governor should summon the armed forces to restore peace in Balouchistan; if the armed forces can verify votes and get the electricity metres checked then why army’s character for restoration of peace is being opposed. - Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, February 18: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that whole Pakistan has been the target of terrorism but the volume of punishment given to Hazara tribe has not match in the country. Some successes were achieved after the Governor’s Rule, army should be summoned to restore peace in Balochistan and it would also reduce the fear of investigation agencies. He said the champions of democracy could get the votes verified and get the electricity metres checked then why army’s character for restoration of peace is being opposed. The powers opposing the Governor’s Rule and their patrons should be included in the investigations. If the State institutions are unable to provide protection to Pakistani people including the Hazara community then the people should be given arms and provided with military training and protective gadgets so that they may drive out the terrorists. He said the government machinery, officers of administration, ministers, advisers, police officers from SHO to IG no one knows even names of the banned parties and how can they stop their activities. The people should beware of jalao-gherao in the garb of these incidents. He said voice of protest may be raised against terrorism by observing the Soyem of Shuhada of Hazara Town incident on the last day of the Ayyam-e-Tarheem on February 19. This was stated by him while talking to delegations that called on him to condole the loss of lives and property in Quetta blast.

Agha Moosavi demanded to overcome the banned groups and the countries fighting their war on the Pakistani soil should be unveiled. He said conflict of parliament, judiciary and administration is benefiting the enemy forces and peace could not be restored without getting rid of satanic forces. Had the Prime Minister announced to call the army on the occasion of Alamdar Road incident then this blast could not have taken place. He said a heavy load of explosives were loaded on a tanker and no one noticed it which provides food for thought.

The TNFJ chief said that observing the mourning of Hazara Town incident officially by the Sindh and Balochistan governments is a good step and said the insensitive of the Federal, Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan government is condemnable. The politicians busy in political bickering have lost the human values, he added. He said the attitude of the ANP government that has summoned the APC for rooting out terrorism poses a question mark.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed the media to investigate the news and reaction of any incidents before telecasting the same. Presenting the people as leaders who do not deserve even to join the funeral processions of the people also poses a question. He appealed to stop the projection of traders of dead bodies.

Meanwhile the three-day Ayyam-e-Tarheem programmes to mourn the Hazara Town incident have begun all over the country.
